This was a Wedding gift.  I hope they like it and use it.  I have had my own Artisan Kitchen Aid for a long time.  I love it.  But you need to have a place where it is easily accessible.

Love Love this mixer! No kneading dough by hand! Whip cream from scratch is a snap. No more stirring cookie dough by hand. This makes it a breeze. With the locking tilt, it doesn't move around. The unit itself is heavy but that's ok. No more killing my shoulders mixing stuff. Oh, the color is great, just like the image.

Nice

Already aware of the quality of KitchenAid Stand Mixers. Definitely wanted the Artisan Series, primarily due to the more powerful motor. The price was the best at the time. I review numerous sites including Amazon and the KitchenAid websites and there was nothing close in price for the same model. And the color available was perfect for our kitchen.

I had to replace a very old (and I mean old) Kitchen Aide mixer. I chose to stay loyal. The bowl has improved (nice handle) the anti splash guard has improved.  The non-skid feet is a nice improvement too. Choice of colores is outstanding. I choose the color milkshake,  a nice neutral color.

Wonderful

I love my mixer! I ordered a grinder kit too with deer season just opening.  It's quiet, easy to use, and makes projects simple. I wanted one for years, but wouldn't spend the extra money for a luxury item on myself. It went on sale and now I'll tell everyone,  it's not a luxury,  it's a necessity!!!

Love the color options and all the possibilities for use based on the myriad available attachments.  I bought this mixer because of the optional pasta roller attachments which I've now used to make ravioli.  Not sure I'll use it for dough or other thinks I'd mix with my Breville hand mixer, but for pasta it's fantastic.  The 5 piece "deluxe" pasta maker attachments cost $250, so kudos to Kitchenaid's business model.  Reminds me of the CEO of HP saying the company was not in the printer sales business, but in the toner sales business.  Kitchenaid is not in the mixer business, but in the attachments business! One difference though. The Kitchenaid attachments will (hopefully) last as long as the mixer!

Great with the pasta making attachments!

I’m disappointed with this paddle attachment. After only a few uses, the coating started peeling off, which is very concerning for a product that comes into contact with food. I’ve owned a KitchenAid mixer before, and the original attachments I had lasted for years without any issues like this. Because of that experience, I’m now questioning whether this is a genuine KitchenAid product or the same quality standard as their original attachments. I expected much better durability and reliability.

Poor quality paddle attachment coating peeled

Appeared brand new although there were dents in the bowl and scratches on the attachments. As soon as I plugged it in, it tripped the breaker. Attempted twice more. It was very loud on the first two speeds. I have had an old one that has worked very well for 7 years without any of these problems! 
I will say that Walmart took it at their physical store after starting the return online.

Poor review

2nd time using it, the motor got really hot and started smoking. Reason why I bought it in the 1st place was my other kitchenaid motor burnt out after minimal usage! Needless to say these aren't built like they use to be and are junk now! Buy the warranty,  its worth every penny!

I bought this in January and it worked well till a couple weeks ago. It started making noises and the beater stops going around like it's jammed somewhere.
