Machine's build and accessories are robust and well-made.

Produces smooth espresso shots with deep flavor notes.

Offers good value, but can be overpriced for some users.

Removable parts make cleaning effortless.

I held off writing a review until we had used the Espresso Machine for a while. I tried various amounts of grounds and cup sizes on the machine before figuring out which variable worked for us. My husband and I enjoy an Americano. We do not like it real strong. So, I make it with the single serve basket, set for 2 cups of espresso. Then I add 12 oz of water from the frother wand. I like it and it tastes smooth. We also purchased a grinder with multiple levels of grounds and only grind what we are actually going to use in a cup. The machine works well and we have had no issues with it at all.

Great Cup of Coffee

Kitchen Aid

I love the color and ease of use. This machine makes a delcious espresso. It fits perfect on my coffee nook countertop.

Espresso machine

We thought we had to spend much more to get a quality espresso machine, but are very happy with our Kitchen Aid. Love the sleek design and size and it produces a delicious cup. Love it.

Thought we had to spend hundreds more

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that this machine takes the guesswork out of my morning espresso shots.

I have others in the house less likely to take care of my things, the pump actually stops if the water is depleted - I've never had a machine that did that before. I also love that it turns off after a certain amount of time. No more coming home from work and finding the espresso machine is still on after someone else used it in the morning but didn't turn it off. Even the tamper is heavy-duty.

So far, my confidence in KitchenAid countertop appliances is being bolstered.

Definitely Worth It

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pleasantly Surprised! Great Taste & perfecting my newfound Barista skills. A great addition to my Empire Red grinder. Finding the right grind, tamping & frothing correctness is trial & error but enjoying the process.

Loving My Espresso Maker ☕️

I bought this a couple of months ago and have used this many time since then. I like that it has a small footprint and looks nice sitting on the counter. I bought it specifically for being able to steam milk for my hot tea and it does this very well. I cannot speak to how well it makes espresso.

Great for steamed milk

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am an avid, espresso drinker, I have looked at machines over the years in between if he reviews and extensive price points I have not purchased. I have been watching this for about a year. Lots of good reviews across the Internet and the right price point that if it didn't last more than a year or two, it would not be a loss. I have only had this a month but use it every day. It will pay for itself in approximately six months. Matches my kitchen decor and is not extra large so it takes up minimal counter space. Produces great Crema and. Milk foam. Takes a little tweaking to get your settings just how you want them but worth the money if you love espresso's on a regular basis. I also purchased the grinder to accompany this in red and it is performed above expectation as well. Couldn't be happier with the matching sets. All I need is a drip coffee pot in the same color to finish my collection.

Love, love, love my new machine

I bought it trusting the KitchenAid brand. The machine really looks high-quality, but it didn't draw any water. I regretted it just two hours after purchasing. Since the service hours are only during the day, I couldn't reach anyone for help. It was my first time trying KitchenAid, and unfortunately, it ended in disappointment.

Nice quality but didn't work!

I have gone through 3 of these coffee machines. The first 2 broke within the first few months and were able to be replaced with warranty. My third one made it just outside the warranty period before the steam wand stopped working, and it would leak water everywhere, AGAIN. I have maintained it regularly (cleaning and descaling). Since its not within warranty they would not work with me. I would not recommend if you're looking for something that will last!

Don't waste your money on this.

saurbcl

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to buy an espresso maker and I finally did after saving up for a bit (it's fairly expensive). The machine doesn't work! The steam wand doesn't work and it just keeps making a rumbling noise and the little buttons are acting up. On occasion a machine doesn't work and that's okay.

I have tried to contact customer service for a week. I've been on the phone for over an hour ever day for a week! It just doesn't go through. I can't initiate the return online. Their chat doesn't work. I actually had to resort to writing a letter on a paper and I mailed it them asking for the return label. KitchenAid customer service is beyond abysmal. And the final indignity is I saved up my hard earned money for months to be able I buy a machine that doesn't work which I can't return.

Please don't buy this! Save yourself the trouble!

Not worth the box it comes in!!!
