Appearance

My Lab has approved. He can sleep with it on comfortably because it is padded, it has very strong Velcro fastening, plus the 2 straps. If he runs into stuff it doesn't hurt him like stiff material would. Yes, when he scratches at his ears it has snagged on the fabric, but not enough to reduce the integrity of it.

Lab is happy with it.

Soft. And does the trick. Needed for those occasional days when we just obsessively won't stop licking. Kinda like time out and reset. Size small - 16lb yorkie poo. Went by size cbart - she has a super long neck - so just went my neck circumference and perfect. Soft and Velcro super sticky so stays on no problem.

It was soft and comfortable for the dog after surgery. Much better than the big plastic one the vet provided. Our dog was able to sleep much better with the soft padding to rest on. Our dog was able to walk with much more ease since it's light weight and has a breathable cover.

Soft dog cone for after surgery

The quality of this is great and very strong Velcro and buckles I got a large because my dog has a big neck but wish I got a medium. Would definitely recommend

XL fit our 60 lb goldendoodle and has held up well as he recovers from surgery. He tore a plastic cone up by running into everything. This one flexes so it works in his crate and is forgiving when he smacks into a doorway.

I gave this a 5 star rating, because truthfully, it looks like a really good collar.
However, I had to return this because it was too big for my dog. I decided not to reorder a different size because in a few days she won't need it anymore.

Good, but big

My little shihtzu Ozzy would get aggressive with other collars this one is so easy to put on and it's soft enough to be comfortable for Ozzy but prevents him from licking and biting

Would purchase again

Love that it folds back and still does the job, he can go in and out the dog door with it on no problem.
it has loops to attach it to the collar but you do not have to attach it to the collar it holds on all by itself.
for the price you cannot beat this

perfect

This is a great collar, I tool a chance, I'd always used the plastic cones. I'm so impressed, doggy is so much more comfortable. The only thing is that it can bend if the dog is ambitious enough and because she has a rash on her face it makes a nice scrape against the wall interior scratching post. Otherwise highly recommend. The velcro is super sturdy and it has clasps as well. She has not been able to remove it. But she's so comfortable she hasn't tried that hard.

The collar is more flexible but still rigid enough. It can even be folded back to make eating easier. The biggest differences are when he runs into the back of our legs, or noses us to wake up, it doesnt hurt. And when he sleeps, it's cushioned, like a pillow. I like the buckles that would keep a strong, rebellious dog from working open the velcro and slipping out. This velcro is very very tough, though! I can barely pull it apart myself!

He was able to get out of it as quick as I put it on him.

Did not stay on

Kuoser Adjustable Soft Recovery Cone Collar for Dogs, Medium (Neck: 11–14.2 in., Depth: 7.9 in.) front-facing small white dog wearing a blue outer and green inner soft recovery cone; inset 3/4 view shows cone alone with sandwich mesh and EPE padding, two black adjustable buckles and Velcro strap, lightweight breathable construction for post-surgery protection to prevent licking or biting wounds, often used as a short-term calming barrier during grooming.
