This root touchup is very easy and a nice match for my hair color. I love that it has choices to put the color on with the comb cap or the old-fashioned pointy cap. I like to use the comb version myself.
It works great in just 10 minutes for my gray roots!

Easy/nice match

Where has this been all my life? 🤣  Super easy, super fast and blends perfectly with my previous hair color and covers those silver grays! It works! What a great product and I don’t have to do my whole head anymore. 

Perfect shade for me, blends in well. I couldn’t be happier with my results. 

I will continue to use this product and maybe switch out the shades once in a while.

I was skeptical but…….

Great for a quick touchup to get rid of nasty roots!  If you have very little hair or short, thin hair, probably enough to take care of your whole head. Colors random of what it’s gonna turn out, but should be sufficient at least help blend the dark roots.

L'Oreal's root rescue is a great product for a quick touch up. It covers gray beautifully and takes little time. Apply, have a cup of coffee and rinse, style and go!  It's really that easy. 10 Minutes to a refreshed look between color! It's not a matte ink look, but vibrant color that reflects light.  I've been using it for years.

i do root touch ups more than i would like but I usually just get a dark brown haircolor to use and it seems like it always makes me have hot roots(lighter at the roots with a orange tint)which i absolutely  hate.  i bought this stuff just to try and no hot roots!!!!  yayy.   I will be using this from here on out!    i am so glad i gave it a try.

For coloring my roots I use this all the time… I never even bother with a different brand even if it's a few dollars cheaper, the application to the roots is literally perfect… I cannot see how they would be able to make it any better… The angle of the nozzle, along with the brushes… It's targeted right towards the roots and around the face…

Also gives perfect color I use dark brown and it blends seamlessly

Perfect root touchup

I used this product for the first time to stretch my colour - I was amazed how well it worked and blended. I will buy again. I used light brown on my roots and have blonde streaks. Next time I’ll use a blonder shade. Covered about 90% of my grey poking through. Amazing!!

The ease of use is definitely true. The color seems to have changed a bit over the years. I have used this shade (dark blonde) for about two years. This last time my hair appeared reddish and brassy. My hair was left extremely dry as well. This doesn’t include a separate conditioner which in my opinion is a must. While I loved this in the past, I don’t think I will use it again.

Did formula change?

Absolutely no change in my hair color.  The gray is exactly the same. I'm very disappointed.  I choose Loreal as I have always been pleased with your products
