Hi to anyone reading this, I don't always leave reviews ( yet I shop based on them stupidly enough !!) But I am actually leaving this review simply because this is genuinely been the best meal replacement diet shake I've ever tried ( and I've tried lots of them !!) I have actually lost 2lbs since using this as a meal replacement twice a day (for approx. a week now ) starting the day with good large wholesome breakfast then the shake for lunch / dinner with nuts as snacks in between ( evenings I sometimes add frozen banana or mango/pineapple just to bulk it up especially if it's been long dog walk or workout day ) and as recommended by another reviewer I leave in the fridge for a while which seems to thicken it and make it nicer ( a little helpful tip !)
I highly recommend trying this its great and tastes good which is added bonus!! I chose the Chocolate and it is a rich flavor, not chalky like other name brand protein powders (not naming of course). Anyway,
  good luck and hopes it works as well for you as it did for me! :)

Nothing to lose but weight !!

I'm always running out the door in the morning with no time to spare, and my kids hate eating breakfast, so having something quick and filling that we can have on the go is ideal. I made the Cookies n' Cream flavor in my blender bottle (literally 2 minutes), and it was spot on (like an Oreo Milkshake- YUM)!!! My kids love it. 

I also love that it's low fat/low calories, and has B vitamins and Omega 3's (both of which I take as supplements, but this is way tastier!). Moreover, it was really satisfying (each serving has 12g protein) and kept me full all morning...at about $2 a serving, it's healthier and cheaper than my usual Starbucks!

Delicious and Nutritious!

My 9-year-old son is 5 ft 4 and is a picky eater.  He has started to get bored with the regular meals that I prepare. This is fine but I was concerned bc he is growing and needs balanced meals full of nutrition. I ran across this product at just the right time. My son absolutely loves the flavor and prefers this brand of smoothies over meal replacement protein bars. 
Now I can have a piece of mind knowing that my son is getting the nutrients that he needs and that he isn't just mindlessly snacking. This is definitely an essential household item now.

Tastes Great

It is hard for adults now to get their children to actually be interested in anything that will benefit their health especially with temptations such as chocolates and sweets that will negatively affect their well being. Recently, I have been giving my son some of this nutritious shake with a milk and chia blend to help mask the fact that it comes from a powder form. At first he even thought it tasted like an oreo milkshake, and gradually it has become a morning routine for him to get his shake before school. Since it is hard for him to eat specific foods I feel well knowing that this will at least let him have the necessary nutritional ingredients to help him maintain a healthy body. Even I have tried the drink and I even I can see why he loves it so much.

A drink kids actually like!!!!!!

I have tried many shakes over the years. Some I liked some I really didn't. When the opportunity came to try this, I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. It is packed with rich nutrients which boost help for children and teens with omega three to help give brain power. Well, as I get older, I can use this as well as my mind has gotten sluggish over the years. I followed the direction and made the shake in my Ninja blender (that I love) and away it went. It was fine with the first blending when I usually blend twice, and I think that is because the powder was very fine. I first tried it with just almond milk, and it tasted great. I then added ice cause that's the way I usually drink shakes. I liked how nice and cold it was and the taste of sweet chocolate tasted great. Since it is low on sugar that had been a concern of mine but not to worry it is plenty sweet for my taste buds. I then added it back to blender and added frozen strawberries. Yes, this is a flavor profile I really love – chocolate shake with strawberries. It was so nice and thick and tasted so refreshing. I will also try it with a banana and peanut butter another time. I am very happy with the taste and ease of making. The powder is fine enough that a shake blender would work easily of you are out and about. I will make sure this is one of the ones on my list to get more of to add to the variety of powders I already use.

I tried out the GO! Pro-Shakes with my veggie quesadilla lunch. 

 I used almond milk with the chocolate shake mix. Very delicious! This type of shake can be used by people of any age!

Delicious Shake!

My 12 year old son has begun to eat much less than normal. He has lost weight. He complains about his schools food. So I started giving him these protein shakes from Skinny Jane. He thinks the cookies n cream flavor shake is the best. I make them for him every morning. He's eating better and getting more calories in.

I was excited to this shake in Chocolate. I made it with almond milk, ice, peanut butter and a banana and it tasted more like a treat! Absolutely loved it. It wasn't chalky or grainy. It had a very smooth texture and I know my kids would really like this as well.

I used this as a pre-workout shake for myself.  The shake was easy to blend and I found it to be great with some cashew milk added into it.  I like that Gopro offers recipes and lots of helpful information on their actual site.  I also like the companies service.  They were very friendly and I receive my product in a very timely fashion.

I would advise that you order the chocolate flavor. I had the cookies and cream flavor. while it still made for decent shakes... The cookies and cream flavor was not my favorite.  Can't go wrong with the classic chocolate.
