I LOVE these units and use them for a lot. For the price, you can make a built-in look for a fraction of the cost. Below are some photos of a book nook I made for my boys.

LOVE these! Great price for what you get!

walmart.com

I Love it!! Was easy to put together. Doesn't take up a lot of space. You can adjust the shelves. Has a strap attached to back, so it won't tip over. Easy to move around, once it's put together. Sturdy!

GREAT (ANYTHING) SHELF!!

Love this bookcase. It was so easy to put together that I did it by myself. It is well made and very sturdy. I purchased it to store my bags.

Great bookcase to store anything

Me and my roommate don't have much shelf space in our kitchen, so we used these bookshelves to make a pantry area. His mom thought it would look tacky, but honestly, it turned out pretty decent. We turned the small dining space into a pantry room, added a deep freezer, and it actually looks pretty cool.

The shelves aren't the sturdiest — they curve a little under heavier stuff — but they still hold everything fine. For the price, they're worth it. It's a smart way to get extra storage without spending a ton, and it looks better than you'd think.

Looks Better Than Expected and Works Great

I buy very heavy hardcover novels and lengthy book series. So price and purpose are prioritized here. This book shelf served its purpose, it's able to hold securely the weight of the books I displayed and various figurines as well. I cannot speak on the longevity of the item, as I have not had it long. Based on its stance and support design, I would say it would last 4+ years if little to no movement and/or proper weight management is maintained.

Decent Bookshelf for Price

It is heavy and wood. It is very good material, but it is a little flimsy or I would've gave it. Five stars.

Looks just like the picture

This is a pretty decent looking shelf. It was easy to put together and extremely lightweight so super easy to move around. My daughter is using it to store sweaters and clothing that is out of season, stuffed animals and things like that so it's perfect, but it feels like a strong wind would break it apart. If you just need something to last a semester or a couple of years in college at a dorm room, it's perfect, but if you're looking for a bookshelf or something, a little more sturdy, this is probably not the one.

Good for light duty

Lasted maybe 6 months before randomly tilting one day. I attempted to save as many books as I could while holding it in place with my body before it collapsed. The bottom half is simply not sturdy enough. The back board also did not stay on from the beginning. It is now a 3 shelf bookcase

Lasted half a year before toppling over on itself

I bought this bookshelf as a makeshift baby closet.

I got it put together 8 months pregnant mind you and as I was sliding it into the place the ENTIRE THING BROKE!! Now I need to figure out if I can return it or somehow reinforce the back.

Cheap waste of money.

Fell apart in my living room. Do not purchase.

Too late to return or replace

Both came damaged - though not aware until it was partially put together. Exchange/refund refused as product was opened and half assembled.
I realize it is inexpensive and wasn’t expecting overly high quality, but certainly shouldn’t be damaged and require paint and extra materials to appear or function as intended.

Cheap and junky
