I really love this desk for my home office.  It looks great and I love the two shelves, nooks and many drawers to put all the items I need around my desk.  It took me 4 hours to complete the build with a lot of pieces.  But the directions were self-explanatory.  It looks like a lot of work but if you take it step-by-step and follow the directions, it's no problem putting together.  It was worth the time spent to get the desk complete.

Great Desk for a Home Office

This desk is actually pretty nice for the price. I wasn't expecting alot but its exactly as stated, just takes time to put together.

WAS HARD TO PUT TOGETHER BUT WORTH IT I LOVE IT

I bought this desk from Walmart which had it at a lower price than another well-known home furnishings site (cheaper by $100). I assembled the drawer cabinet part of this desk. It took 5 hours to complete (because it's flat-packed, you have to add the drawer slides, etc.). The instructions were not great but you can follow them. my only complaint is they did not drill the holes in the drawers for the slides/hardware (they drilled the holes in the desk for this), so i'll have to do it myself. it shouldn't be too difficult. The desk part should be fairly easy to assemble. i intend to keep them as 2 separate pieces (the joiner part is just a flimsy piece of laminated wood).
