Sturdiness

Got this for a craft/sewing desk. Cracking up at the reviewers who were expecting solid wood.

The description is terrible for dimensions, so here you go...the big side with the part that sticks up is roughly 60 long x 16 deep x 31 tall. The thing on top is roughly 35 long x 10 deep x 13 tall. The other half is roughly 47 long x 24 deep x 31 tall. Put together it fits in a square about 63 x 60. Comes in 2 separate boxes.

Pros:
Solid. Despite being particle board, it's really sturdy.
Can configure it for either side (left or right).
Big drawer on the bottom has file hanging rods.
Very well-packed in the boxes. Things aren't just thrown in.
Looks good. Fit and finish are very good.

Cons:
Heavy. Very heavy. I'm a big guy and I had to bring the big side upstairs In pieces because that box was too heavy.
It takes a looooong time to assemble. About 7 hours for me by myself while watching football. It's not super difficult but there are a lot of parts and it takes a long time to make sure you have the right one.

Tips:
Make sure you get the 2 desks as close as possible to their final destination before you "tie" them together with the connector piece. I had it in the middle of the room and had to slide it into the corner, which was extremely difficult and awkward.
Pretty sure there's at least one error in the instructions. Use some logic and common sense when you are assembling.

Professional quality desk

We bought this desk a month ago for my son and he loves it. We received it in 2 days, the only small issue was that the truck driver would not bring it into my house, just left it in the garage which made it a little difficult to bring in because one of the boxes is very heavy. It took my 10 year old son and I a couple hours to put together, we used extra glue to make sure it wouldn't come apart. It's like putting together an ikea product, easy but takes awhile. So far it seems very sturdy. My son likes the extra storage it has compared to other desks we have seen in stores.
The other bonus is that Walmart sells it $ 200 cheaper then Future shop and best buy (same product)

Economical corner desk, arrived sooner than expecgted, went together easily, looks good, seems sturdy.

Nice inexpensive corner desk

I bought this desk to use as a makeup vanity, I'm very happy with the look and style of it. It's exactly what I was looking for. I did a price check on this product and Walmart was cheaper by a few hundred dollars (compared to Lowe's, Amazon, and staples). It shipped really fast. It came in 2 large, very heavy boxes. I was nervous after reading some reviews, that stated pieces had arrived broken. After opening the boxes, I also had a broken piece. It was the bottom of one of the small drawers. Rather than go through the hassle of returning it for one small break I glued the piece and positioned it near the back. It took almost the whole day to put it together, for the bigger pieces you definitely need an extra set of hands to line everything up. Also be very sure you have the right pieces in the right spot as you have to use wood glue, and taking it apart to fix something is nearly impossible. The drawer rolling brackets were the most frustrating part, they have guide holes but some are slightly off and took a few adjustments to get right. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and experience ordering from Walmart.

Satisfied with this purchase

The shipping speed was excellent. One of the pieces came broken but since it was going to be facing the wall, it didn't matter too much. There were a lot of pieces...and overall took a day to put together. It would have taken 3 months if I tried though since the instructions were fairly complex.

Overall good

There was no allowance for electric cords to come under and thru the desk.  so you have ugly wires draped across the unit.  My plan is to get some holes drilled in needed places to get cord off top of desk.
