Can be smooth and easy, but also prone to difficulties.

I love(d) it, don't waste your money on the product protection plan though. Really durable and you're more likely for it to lose connection to controller and fly away (which isn't covered) then for any damage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my 15 year old son and he really enjoys it..he had it figured out within 5-10 mins and had it flying. It's super easy to fly and pretty durable and the camera works pretty good as well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the drone now for about a month and have really enjoyed going out into the field near our house to fly it with my sons. My kids, ages 9-14, all really enjoyed taking turns learning how to get the drone to take off, hover, take videos, and land. This was all their first attempts with a drone and all 3 were successful after a quick learning curve. I would recommend to a friend.

I found a loose screw in the package? this os my 2nd PA-1005 first one a motor overheated and melted the plastic. still a good beginner drone to learn how to fly.

Hard for kids

My second time using it, 5 minutes in with a completely full battery, the drone FLEW AWAY. I was never able to find it. I am extremely disappointed to say the least. What a complete waste of money. Wal Mart BETTER refund me for this piece of garbage
