Flight Performance

Can be smooth and easy, but also prone to difficulties.

Provides exceptional image clarity and wide viewing angles.

Suitable as a starter drone for those new to the hobby.

I love(d) it, don't waste your money on the product protection plan though. Really durable and you're more likely for it to lose connection to controller and fly away (which isn't covered) then for any damage.
The 5 stars are for the product
It would be 1 star if it was about the protection plan coverage.

Great starter drone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little drone is so much fun!! It arrived and was ready to fly right out of the box, once batteries were installed into the control for it. The controls for this drone are so simple to catch on and figure out. We have a few different drones, and this one, BY FAR, is the easiest to control. The drone will go about 30 or 35 feet up in the air before you can start to see that you're going to lose control of it. Once the drone comes back down a bit though, you are back to full control with ease. The app that you can install to use the control feature is a bit rough to maneuver at first. The directions for pairing the drone(what you need to app for) are kind of hidden a bit in the instructions that come with the drone, so that was a bit complicated for us for a bit. If you have and use an SD card, I am under the understanding that you wouldn't even need to download the app. The recording feature is very simple. Just a quick push of the record button on your phone(through the app) and bam, you're good to go. Overall, this drone is so much fun! We love love love it!

Wow!!

Decent value

I found a loose screw in the package? this os my 2nd PA-1005 first one a motor overheated and melted the plastic. still a good beginner drone to learn how to fly.

lil starter drone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son loves this drone. It has everything he wanted. He loves taking pictures and really loves streaming video to his phone. He's been enjoying performing new stunts. We live near a big empty lot which makes for fun take off's and landing. It really is a blast for the whole family.

Fun drone

Used this drone for all of 5 minutes. Bought it to inspect my shingles for storm damage. Set it up inside the house to make sure it was working and pair it to my phone, then took it outside to check the roof. It lifted off, and as I climbed it up to about 30 feet, it stopped responding to the controller and took off at max speed. Last I saw it was climbing and flying away at max speed. I have no idea where it ended up. Winds were very light.

I'm trying to get a refund from the manufacturer but I don't have much hope...

Took off on its own

Hard for kids

My second time using it, 5 minutes in with a completely full battery, the drone FLEW AWAY. I was never able to find it. I am extremely disappointed to say the least. What a complete waste of money. Wal Mart BETTER refund me for this piece of garbage

Drone FLEW AWAY, never to be found again. DONOTBUY

Blade motor over heated and I'll be taking it back
