I was so skeptical in ordering due to some reviews left on their page but I took the risk but made sure to contact them! The phone came with 94% battery health. no scratches on the screen or the back at all. only scratch was the sides but so minimal. I definitely recommend this specific phone, camera is perfect, works like new and came on time. no regrets. Love it thanks!!

I am impressed

Honestly if your debating on buying a refurbished phone just do it. I was hesitant at first but just went for it and this phone basically looks brand new! Everything works fine battery life is at 88% but what do you expect it's used, this phone is definitely a much buy! Also comes with a tempered screen glass protector already put on for you! 10/10 blew my mind how nice and well kept this phone is. Definitely worth the price! Don't buy new by used!

Just get it!

This is the first refurbished phone I have bought that has scratches on it, it was dirty.. it glitches a lot the battery life is okay ..the speakers work great just the glitches are annoying ..it's whatever.. I'll be giving it to my son as soon as I'm close to paying it off with affirm. I'll be buying the iPhone 14 soon..

It is what it is

When the phone came I'd say it was about an 80/100 the phone wasn't cracked or super scratched. I will say the camera did have a scratch in it as it does affect my picture taking. Also the speaker is low and slightly muffled. Minor issues you gamble with on a used phone. But a response from the seller would be nice in making something right. You don't buy a 500/600.00 decently new phone and accept bad phone quality and a camera I'll have to pay out of pocket for. Now the pros are it does run smoothly no major internal issues. So I rate it 4 out of 5 stars. It's a nice used phone. Thank you

The phone looked brand new, however the phone got REALLY HOT to the touch and it just stopped charging after 2 days of having it. So going through the hassle of having to return it 3 days later is not worth it. Hopefully if you do get a phone it will work better than the one I was sent.

Bad battery problems

phone is okay but it wont stay connected to the wifi so idk what to do, then its hard to get my service switched over and its been randomly powering off and back on, highly disappointed

Phone was like new. Sketchy to buy from this seller because I keep getting notifications from Apple saying someone from Dubai is trying to get access to my account. I wouldn't trust buying from this seller

Be aware

So these reviews were off and on with good and bad reviews. So I figured I would take a chance. While opening the box I noticed a scratch in the right hand corner, luckily is wasn't as noticeable and didn't affect the screen or anything but still there. There were chips in the side of the phone and the back cameras nothing too crazy to the point where I wouldn't keep it because looks wise it's good enough. The key thing that I'm sending it back for is the speakers are literally blown. My right side speaker works but it's muffled sounds like 10 years of dirt is inside of it. The left side doesn't even work at all. I understand it's used but like why would you give away a phone that has a blown speaker. Isn't that your job to fix it to sell. I'm very disappointed with this purchase, transferred all of my information too it put a screen protector on it case and everything only to take it right back off and look elsewhere. Not a reliable source to buy products from. Again, understanding they are refurbished is like a chip here a scratch here not a broke piece of equipment on the phone. Save your money. Now I have to go through a whole process with sending it back and waiting for a refund. Also, I previously owned an iPhone 11 and wanted a new phone for a better speaker and my iPhone 11 was louder than what I got. I hope this can help someone else out there to not take the gamble on kiss electronics.

Not happy.

The phone came with a screen protector and when I tried to get the air bubble out at the top by the camera, the screen cracked… I'm guessing the screen is made out of play doh because no way should it have broke that easily. Not to mention the phone battery life is completely trash, the phone don't stay charged for longer than a hour and the phone overheats within minutes of being on it. I'm actually super annoyed %26 inconvenienced that I wasted my money on such a trash product and shame on the people selling it because they are well aware that this phone won't last a year. The seller is definitely scamming.
