I was terrified to place this order because of some of the reviews, best decision ever to go ahead and get this phone. I ordered the restored “like new” version. And guess what? It is like new. Shipping was on point. 2 days and my phone was at my door. I wanted to cry when I saw the package FedEx delivered. It looked like they ran it over a couple times, FedEx sucks for handling anything fragile. I just knew it was going to be crushed, but nope it survived a feral FedEx driver that may or may not have used it for punting practice! ??‍♀️But seriously peeps, if you are hesitant to make this purchase, don't be. Just order the like new condition, don't be a rock with lips and get the fair or good condition one and then get on here and give this company one star because your phone has scratches on it! If you want to pay bottom dollar you aren't going to get an unblemished iPhone. Those are facts peeps, this company is amazaballs and I will be purchasing from them again.

Perfect Phone

Showed up in a smart device box instead of the original box but the iPhone looks just as the original. I have no complaints so far so good. I thought the battery would've been a problem because it came with 76% battery life and it should be at least 80%. I don't have any trouble with charging or battery use. I'ran fully functioning and I'm happy with my purchase.

Great phone

After having destroyed an iPhone 16 pro max that was a replacement for my 12. Pro max, which was also destroyed, this looked like a great deal …..and it is! Looks almost new and works perfectly so far. A little issue with battery life but that could be my settings. Yes, I would recommend a friend!

Apple iPhone 12 Pro max

You said like new would not have minor scratches, but the screen would have no scratches at all, and my screen has scratches all over it. There is no other scratches on the phone whatsoever, but the screen has scratches all over it even the lady at Walmart the day I got it in the mail. I went straight to Walmart and she could see them all over the Screen of the phone so that is misleading and inaccurate website information.

Inaccurate website information

Received the phone with the back of it broken, and the speaker doesn't work . I tried to make a phone call and had them on speaker and the other person on that end couldn't hear me . I've tried to contact my warranty support and they are refusing to help me. It got delivered aug 20th I picked this up yesterday because it was shipped to my parents house and because of that they are refusing to help. 
DO NOT RECOMMEND

Poor quality

The speakers are blown and connection to internet and data are terrible. The phone is in 1-10 being worst to best is a 4. The battery is almost 79% integrity
