I was a little hesitant to purchase this phone as the price seemed too good to be true and it was listed as restored or refurbished but in "like new" status. I waited a day or two and then made the purchase. It showed up in two days and was in perfect quality. It even had the packaging still on the screen from the factory. Not a single scratch or mark on the item, it is as far as I can tell a brand new phone! I am beyond impressed. The stylus is also in perfect condition and works great. The phone battery charges to 100% and everything works. Awesome!

Incredible deal

Garbage fake phone send , they advise its samsung s23 ultra with 12gb ram canadian version phone but sent fake phone zero
Total garage never ever waste money with seller or walmart
Exteremely upset, hopefully walmart refund me my money

The seller misleads the customer about the RAM specification of the mobile. According to the specification on the website, the mobile has 12 GB RAM, but that is incorrect. It has only 8 GB of RAM. I ordered the phone twice and always received 8 GB RAM only. When it clearly shows 8 GB of RAM on the phone, why the seller is so desperate to mislead customers like me?

This seller is highly misleading. They advertised a phone with 12 GB RAM but repeatedly sent me a device with only 8 GB RAM. I purchased the phone twice, and both times the specifications were wrong. This is not a simple mistake—it's deceptive listing. I suspect many other customers are receiving incorrect products as well. It appears the seller intentionally inflates specifications to drive sales despite not having the correct stock. Walmart should take responsibility and properly verify product quality and specifications to ensure they match what is advertised on the website.

False Specs — Seller Not Trustworthy

camera came scratched, battery kept screwing up, obviously this must've been dropped in water and they tried to "refurbish" it.

Yeah it's not an original it bug all the time the battery is medicor I'm really disappointed you walmart i trust you all the time but now i'm dissatisfied i advise not to this article

It's not a medicore original, I don't think.

Product totally not in accordance with the description. The ad clearly indicated 12GB of RAM, but I received a device with only 8GB. This is an unacceptable situation and is a lie. I am very disappointed by the lack of transparency on the part of the seller. Customers deserve to receive exactly what is advertised, not an inferior product. I highly recommend this seller.

Non-compliant product – false advertising

Wrong details

Phone only worked well for 1 month and now it won't even charge. I wasted my money😭

The phone says "open box," it arrived in deplorable condition with the inside full of dirt, a damaged screen and frame, the S Pen doesn't work and is stuck, the back has an acid stain, and for the price it's garbage

garbage 🗑️
