I was a little hesitant to purchase this phone as the price seemed too good to be true and it was listed as restored or refurbished but in "like new" status. I waited a day or two and then made the purchase. It showed up in two days and was in perfect quality. It even had the packaging still on the screen from the factory. Not a single scratch or mark on the item, it is as far as I can tell a brand new phone! I am beyond impressed. The stylus is also in perfect condition and works great. The phone battery charges to 100% and everything works. Awesome!

Product totally not in accordance with the description. The ad clearly indicated 12GB of RAM, but I received a device with only 8GB. This is an unacceptable situation and is a lie. I am very disappointed by the lack of transparency on the part of the seller. Customers deserve to receive exactly what is advertised, not an inferior product. I highly recommend this seller.

Phone only worked well for 1 month and now it won't even charge. I wasted my money😭

Wrong details

This phone arrived so many scratches on the screen, I am pretty sure the seller put a screen protector on it to cover up those scratches.
