I' m very pleased with my GALAXY Z FOLD 3. Really enjoying the larger reading area. It is quite a heavy little phone and I'm sure it wouldn't suit some but it's perfect for my needs. It charges quick which is good because I'm finding, I'm charging this phone more often (possibly because I'm using a bit more).

I wanted a larger screen and this phone is perfect for that.  However, I hate getting a new phone as I despise transferring "everything" over from previous one, there are glitches.  As I'm not very tech knowledgeable/savvy I can never seem to get the same conditions whether it's apps or system changes.  I endlessly search online to find solutions which often are complicated or referred in tech language for which I have no understanding or the meaning.  So I mostly use is the basic stuff, texts, take an ordinary picture, shop and search google, which is sad as it was so expensive.

New Galaxy phone set up and transfer

A lot of positives with this phone for me. I upgraded from an S10 so there is a bit to learn yet on this one. Love the large screen when unfolded due to my eyes not being as sharp as they used to be. I rated this as four stars because of a couple minor issues. First I don't care for the split keyboard when texting. I find it awkward to use and slows down the speed with which I can text. For most people the other thing I don't like may seem minor but it bothers me. I cannot find any way to set my time to a 24 hr clock (commonly known as military time). I've used that way of telling time for most of my life and at almost 70 yrs old I am not a fan of change.  If these couple items don't both others they may find this phone to be a 5 star acquisition for them.

Galaxy Z Fold3 5G

This phone Is wow. It's fast and definitely reliable. I love how the keyboard can be customized and the theme for the keybord colors can be customized as well. 
I find sometimes the touch screens are off and they don't always recognize my typing especially if I am typing quicker. I also find the a and l don't always type. I think it's just the layout I maybe using. 

Other then that I absolutely love the phone. The camera is amazing and a very reliable phone

Great phone

Like the phone. Unfortunately after being a loyal customer owning many phones I will be switching due to Samsung customer service and Samsung care Plus. Looking forward to the Pixel Fold.

Soon to be former Samsung customer

Great phone when I first bought it but the fold screen doesn't seem to last very long. It started to bubble down the middle.Tried changing it myself by buying a replacement but very difficult to install as DIY. I removed the thin film from the display and a year later a small crack has developed in the middle where the phone folds. I'm sure it won't be long before the display stops working. Not worth the money I paid for this new technology.

Reliability of the Z-fold

Poor battery, obsolete cam, not so convenient and doesn't sync files. I wish if I can change it with s22

Zfold3 is not what I thought.

Since almost new the phone intermediary would not connect,  no data no calls or texts spent alot of time faith carrier and Samsung troubleshooting, now after months of problems I have to buy a phone to send it away.

Alot of connection problems

Horrible.  Impractical. Too small when closed and too big when open. Keyboard options are bad. Phone is too heavy. Would love to return it to get my money back

Don't buy

I sent my z fold 3  for a battery replacement, but since the cost was too high, I declined the service and had it sent back. When I received it, the phone's sound had stopped working. I sent it back again, but they didn't take responsibility and refused to repair it free of charge. Less than a week later, the Wi-Fi also stopped working. Now the phone is practically unusable. I'll never buy a Samsung again, thank you.
