Can be intuitive, but may feel awkward for some users.

Battery drains faster than expected, needing more frequent recharging.

Device's cost exceeds expectations, affecting value.

Can be excellent in good light, but average in low-light conditions.

Can display high-resolution images, but may be prone to blurriness.

Pre-ordered the phone on day 1. Had the z fold 2 and returned because of poor battery life. This phone is perfect in many ways but as usual the manufaturer has not listened to its true target market. This is a devise for business people who do not want to carry around a laptop and a phone. The only people complaining about the price are those who do not have disposable income. For some reason there is so much emphasis on cameras, water resistance, who cares!!! The people buying this phone uses it for its multitasking abilities, productivity and not to take pictures of food. The udc is perfect for video calls. Everyone forgets that you need a battery to make it all work. My battery life is great on the phone. 730 am heavy use, small & big screen still 15 % at 11pm. You have to take the time to set the phone up correctly and no, you don't have to turn off key features to improve battery life. Great device, everything works as it should and the price for what you get is fair. Always room for improvement but for the 3rd iteration, very impressed. Wider front screen or larger key board, bigger battery......Home run!!!

Like A Fine Wine !!!

Samsung Canada

Let me start this review by saying I'm a major Tech enthusiast . I've had All kinds of smartphones over the years and this is the 1st one to get me excited about phones again , This phone is from the future and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to treat them selves

The phone from the future

A lot of positives with this phone for me. I upgraded from an S10 so there is a bit to learn yet on this one. Love the large screen when unfolded due to my eyes not being as sharp as they used to be. I rated this as four stars because of a couple minor issues. First I don't care for the split keyboard when texting. I find it awkward to use and slows down the speed with which I can text. For most people the other thing I don't like may seem minor but it bothers me. I cannot find any way to set my time to a 24 hr clock (commonly known as military time). I've used that way of telling time for most of my life and at almost 70 yrs old I am not a fan of change. If these couple items don't both others they may find this phone to be a 5 star acquisition for them.

Galaxy Z Fold3 5G

This is a great phone. Everything in your hand. Very durable even though it appears delicate. With a phone like this i rarely use my laptop. Sunsung continues to outdo itself.
A couple of reasons i did not give it 5 stars
Price
Battery longevity

Who needs a laptop!

So far I love everything that this phone offers. One of the best devices Samsung has produced. However it is not perfect and the battery is far to small to make this an everyday phone. you get approximately 6hrs of use. You need to carry a charging pack it your going to be out for a full day.

Love the device but the battery.......

I really like many of the aspects of the phone I do see a few things that could be improved. The biggest issue is the battery is too small. I had the note 10 plus and the battery was great. With the fold 3 I'm lucky to get a day of battery and that is pushing it. I would also like to see the the front screen wider to make it more usable. And last, I miss the led flip cover from the note 10 plus I wish the fold had one.

Somethings missing

I had the z3 flip which lasted me 2 mths before the screen went black and couldnt be used so sits in a box as 350 to fix is horrebdous when uts a phone fault and now the z3 fold well ive not eben put my sim card in yet as the screen protector has already gone funny on the fold of the phone, so it is a problem with these phones.s9 im still using my old samsung 21 when i have this new phone t9 use which im scared of using this fold as i think the screen will go like the flip did.

Would be impressed if they were workable strong ph

Samsung UK

Horrible. Impractical. Too small when closed and too big when open. Keyboard options are bad. Phone is too heavy. Would love to return it to get my money back

Don't buy

Poor battery, obsolete cam, not so convenient and doesn't sync files. I wish if I can change it with s22

Zfold3 is not what I thought.

I pre ordered and purchased this phone.

Twice I had to have Samsung repair deal pixels and inner screen protector. This is the third time it has happened. All within less of 1.5 years of owning the phone. This third time, I simply opened up the phone to take a picture while on vacation and I hear the screen Crack and immediately two black lines and bubbling on the inner screen. I called Samsung and they said this is not warrantied. I asked them what I should do as the inner screen can't be used and they told me I could find a repair guy to fix it somewhere. I then grilled them and told them there is a class action lawsuit for this exact issue and this exact issue is all over the internet, he said again its not covered under warranty. I asked them if they would fix it and he said yes, of course, I would be paying for the repair. The repair is a $700.00 repair. I decided to use the phone as a paperweight instead of giving Samsung any more of my money. Samsung treats their loyal customers like idiots. We pay for this phone to test it for them and then when we have issues, Samsung leaves us hanging with a $2,500 paperweight. Complete garbage product and I feel stupid for falling for their selling tactic that is nothing more than lies. Check for yourself, it's all over the internet these issues and the class action lawsuit. Don't be as stupid as I was and fall for their sales pitch!

DO NOT BUY!!! BUYER BEWARE
