[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a cheap TV 3 years ago and have regretted my decision since.  This time I wanted a TV with a recognised and reliable brand at a reasonable price.  I researched what I wanted and was delighted to conclude Samsung met my requirements.  In the store, alongside comparable brands, my eye was drawn to the Samsung TV given the combination of resolution, colour and contrast.
Set up took me a while (I'm 69 Yrs old) but followed the instructions and am delighted with the result.

An excellent TV but with one very annoying problem. Every time I change the channel or the programming changes it plays the audio description for the current programming and even worse it is quite loud. There is 3 different ways to turn off audio description and I've checked and toggled them all numerous times but to no avail. I keep hoping an update will fix it but not yet.

Quality of TV and picture are excellent however there was no manual and the instructions on the screen are hard to follow. Because of this I said TV was good but without a manual I should have given it one star. Great TV But without an easy to read manual or easy to read instructions on the web it is difficult to obtain the value that one should derive from such a TV

The TV seems pretty good, I have only used it for a month but I like it so far, it also came we some free to air TV stations which is pretty cool. The only thing I don't find intuitive yet is the App Store on the TV or how to access it - it is there but the interface doesn't seem intuitive to me. Otherwise, it's a pretty cool tv
