I was able to do it 90% myself, just needed help on the last few steps. 1-2 pieces did not fit in fully flush but I think that is cosmetic, they feel secure. Some of the wood pieces came scratched up but again, cosmetic if you care about the perfect look. Pretty durable, not worried about it tipping over once stuff was on the shelf.
