The neutral wood tone and sleek lines give it a high-end feel without the high-end price tag. Assembly was straightforward, taking me about 45 minutes by myself. The instructions were clear, and all the parts were well-labeled and packaged securely. Once assembled, the bookcase felt very sturdy and well-balanced—no wobbling at all, even on carpet. One of my favorite features is the adjustable shelves. I was able to customize the spacing to accommodate a mix of tall art books, small paperbacks, and decorative pieces. There's more room than I expected, and it's held up beautifully under the weight of several heavy books.

Stylish and Sturdy!

The material used is of strong high-quality wood. Each panel is quite hefty and dense on its own. The whole package was approximately 72 pounds plus,  before assembly. I'm confident this bookcase will last for decades to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Halston Narrow Bookcase by Living Essentials was the perfect fit I needed between two large windows. Easy to follow instructions and quick assembly. Only tools needed were a Phillips head screwdriver and hex tool (not included). Bookcase can be used as part of a modular set with additional pieces attached by the latches on top.

Easy Assembly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this adjustable book case. The color and design matches my room perfectly. It seems as if it would match any room or decor. It's adjustable, so you can adjust the height of the shelves to your liking. Assembling, it was fine, but the instructions are a little unclear. Since there are many steps, it seems the manufacturer tried to conglomerate the steps and this makes it confusing in some parts. I definitely missed putting in some of the wooden dowels because I thought it was the second part of the step, whereas it was actually the first. I don't think it took away from the final product, but you really have to pay attention to the instructions to make sure you put it together properly. That being said, I do think the materials are high quality and as you can see in my pictures it holds a good amount of books. I have some pretty heavy books on that as well and it has held without issues. Installation is a two-person Job, and takes about 2 hours. It is quite affordable as well. Overall, I'm quite pleased with how this book case turned out. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality bookcase that holds a lot of books.

Great book storage
