Elf products are reasonably priced. Excellent quality too. This liner is easy to use and does not smudge.

My first time using this product. I was impressed on the results of it. The line precision and waterline use makes it easy to use. The scent was an added bonus.

elf eyeliner is great quality for the price of the item the eyeliner goes on your eyebrows very good and stays for a good amount of time

This liner goes on beautifully but comes off too easily. A short while after applying the liner is smudged underneath my eye.

The color is great the application is easy but for what seems like centuries now drugstore eyeliner has gotten ridiculously SOFT. So soft it's difficult to sharpen and the eyeliner wears off very quickly.

Have to Sharpen Every Single Use

It's alright, it goes on really well and looks good, but it just doesn't stay. I understand it's a smoky kohl liner, but I'm talking you can't see it after a couple minutes. I'll apply it and five minutes later it's gone. Not my favorite, but there might be something I'm missing.
