Elf products are reasonably priced. Excellent quality too. This liner is easy to use and does not smudge.

My grandson's girlfriend told me this is what she uses and it goes on creamier than any other that she has tried so I took her advice and I'm very happy with it a great find at a great price!!

I needed a basic black eyeliner for special events and this has been great. Goes on smooth and stays put for (fairly inactive) events so far. The pencil offers good control, and the price point is pretty good for these days.

Good, affordable eyeliner

This liner goes on beautifully but comes off too easily. A short while after applying the liner is smudged underneath my eye.

The color is great the application is easy but for what seems like centuries now drugstore eyeliner has gotten ridiculously SOFT. So soft it's difficult to sharpen and the eyeliner wears off very quickly.

Have to Sharpen Every Single Use

It's alright, it goes on really well and looks good, but it just doesn't stay. I understand it's a smoky kohl liner, but I'm talking you can't see it after a couple minutes. I'll apply it and five minutes later it's gone. Not my favorite, but there might be something I'm missing.
