The coverage is buildable, so you can keep it light or layer it for more coverage without it feeling heavy. It works well for everyday wear and doesn't look overly cakey. While it may not last all day without touch-ups, it still performs well for the price. The shade range is also pretty decent for a budget brand. Overall, it's a great value and worth trying if you don't want to spend a lot.

I recently purchased the elf Satin finish foundation. I'm 60 and the foundation doesn't settle into those fine lines. I have very sensitive skin and the elf doesn't cause any irritation at all. So happy I finally found a lightweight foundation that feels so good on my face!

I Love the Satin Feel!

I was looking for a foundation to replace my IT CC.  I tried the Merit stick and it was just okay.  Saw the ELF soft glam advertised and decided to try it.  I have used several items from ELF and have always been pleased.   I have used this product for over a month and was amazed from the first application.  This makeup is excellent quality, easy to apply, and has so many other positives.  I have already recommended it to my daughter-in-law.

I used cover girl for years and could never find one I liked better until now! This product is the perfect level of coverage. Not too much and not too little. I use it every day and it looks so natural most people don't realize I'm wearing any makeup at all.

New favorite every day foundation

There was a trick to putting this on and it not being patchy on my skin. I really had to wait a long time for my face products to dry down before I could apply this. Even so it was still too dry for my dry skin I wish it wasn't because I really do love the formula and it gives the perfect glam look without being over the top. If you were skin is not super dry. This is perfect for you.

Perfect but not for dry skin

This foundation is a great coverage and looks porcelain like on the face...it blends easily but you have to work fast so not to oxidize too fast...

Porcelain dewy coverage foundation

I like the coverage and the texture of this foundation, but the shades are either way too dark or way too light for me. There is no matching shade for me in this collection.

Not enough shades

First I chose the wrong color so that's on me, but do more mature skin I wasn't pleased with how it sank into my wrinkles. If I had younger skin I think it would have been fine! It wasn't terrible but wasn't great either

This foundation was very matte, very unforgiving, and very difficult to blend. It is below Wet n Wild, L'Oreal, Revlon, and pretty much everything. The color is the most awful one I've ever tried! This foundation also emphasized every pore on my face! I can't say how irritated I am that ELF is putting such garbage out there and conning women! I will never trust ELF again!!!
