Step 1: Apply product using the applicator, squeeze colour mixture immediately to dry, unwashed hair. Work gently through hair as you would a shampoo, and apply to grey areas first. Can be effective, but inconsistent across users.

Use color opps first if dyed hair.  If ur tones are red or orange u will have ginger hair when u lighten. Doing it a sec time will lift a little more but not 3 more levels as the first. Doesn't ruin hair like blue bleach but doesn't lift as much obviously. I had dark red brown and I was left with a light pretty auburn. Also it came out even. I love this hair lifter

Saw a woman on tv that had the most beautiful and different hair color I had ever seen. I was so impressed with her hair color that I could not get it out of my mind. Finally, my curiosity got the best of me, and i  decided to go to Loreal and see if I could find it. I matched it up to the swatch I remembered it to be and decided to give it a try. My hair was auburn naturally, but has long since turned snow white. I have used a light and medium blonde on it since, but I really liked this new color and decided to give it a try.  Soft silver blonde is really a pretty mix of light blonde and a subtle silvery glow with lots of shine. It looks great for a change. If you are attracted to this color, give it a try. There is nothing like a change to lift your spirits from the mundane to the different.

I’ve used this for a couple of years now.  It’s always quick and simple to do with a great outcome.  I love the color.  One great perk is the tube of weekly conditioner.  It works wonders for keeping your hair healthy and not dry or brittle.

Great Hair Color

Loreal is my preferred hair products. This dye does exactly what is expected.  The conditioner is amazing! Leaves your hair soft and shiny right after dying it.

Highly recommend

I prefer this brand of hair dye I've been using it for over 15 years now and I've never had a problem with it. The directions are very easy to understand and the application is very easy also. I am always satisfied with the results from this hair dye and that would highly recommend it if you're looking and deciding whether to purchase this, I would rate this a 10 out of 10! So if you're undecided on whether to purchase this, I would highly recommend to go for it, I guarantee you you will be satisfied with the results!

Turned my hair blue/silver. So there's that. Otherwise neat color I suppose. Been more then six months since my hair had last been bleached so imagine my shock when the ash really grabbed on. The undercut did turn brown and it was the correct brown. So just beware if your hair is bleached or previously colored.

I wasn't real happy with the color.  It just looked more mousy than the picture on the box. I always use L'Oreal, I just should have stayed with my regular color.

I use Preference hair color all the time. It normally covers the gray about as well as can be expected from an OTC box. But, my normal shade was out of stock so I decided to give this one a try. Big mistake. Not sure what the difference is, but this shade did NOT cover the gray.

I have used L’Oréal Preference for many years. It always made my hair have rich color , shine and overall more manageable and  healthy. 
This last application  literally ruined my hair leaving it dry and frizzy. And the light brown shade which I normally use  took color out of my hair instead of  deepening and enriching it.
