Hi There, We apologize you were not satisfied with the results you achieved with our haircolor. We know how disappointing it can be to look forward to a new application of color only to find that your results are not what you expected. All natural haircolor that is darker than pale blonde has red and gold pigments. When you lighten your natural color, these warm gold and red pigments are revealed. With most single-process permanent haircolors, you can lighten your hair only up to two shades lighter than your natural color without exposing these warm tones. If a brassy result is still achieved, the shade used may have been too light for your starting color. To correct this, after 48 hours and only if your hair is in good condition, you will need to color again with a darker shade.
