I always loved this mascara as it makes my lashes super long…bought it a few times, and the wand has always been flimsy and difficult to get back in, but now it seems more flimsy than ever and is actually breaking where I'm sure in a few more uses I won't be able to use again! It's fairly new so I'm extremely disappointed to say the least.

I Love how this macara looks on me. However the brush stick is terrible. The brush itself is great but when I try to put it back in, it bends and I have to use my fingers to push it back in or it may break. I only use it periodically so its still half full but its frustrating to usr. I bought it at the drugstore a cpl months ago and don't have a receipt. I'd love to buy it again but hesitate because of the brush. Have you improved this on this particular product? I love Loreal products and the way the telescopic looks on me however I'm kinda disappointed 😞

I have used original Loreal Telescopic mascara in the "gold" tube for more years than I can count, probably since it was introduced. There is nothing like it for lengthening my short, sparse lashes and the narrow wand makes it easy to get into the corners without making a mess around the eye. However, in the last 6-9 months (as a contact lens wearer, I change my mascara every 3 months faithfully, marked on my calendar) the mascara tubes themselves have been flaking their coating and making "gold" dirt specks on my face. When I speculated what the flakes might be, it then was readily evident after taking a closer look at the tube. I thought that the first tube with this issue might have been an anomaly, but sadly it was not. I also see where a non-Telescopic Loreal mascara generated a review with the same flaking tube problem. Please review your changed tube manufacturing processes and fix this issue. In researching this issue I was pleasantly surprised to see that this mascara is now a hit on TikTok (I am not on that platform). A great product in a (probably cheaper to manufacture) tube package that flakes will eventually hamper sales of this product. I really don't want to look for a different mascara, but may have to if the packaging issue continues. Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mascara itself is perfect! It stays put, defines my thin lashes, doesn't clump or flake, and compliments my blue eye color perfectly! It really makes my eye color POP! It stays put even when using Visine or sweating on super hot, humid days. (even though it isn't waterproof!) The only reason I took off a star was due to the wand. It was just too flimsy to apply the mascara as evenly as I would like. It applied each coat a bit on the thin side so I had to keep applying over and over again. The end result was still beautiful but it took some time to get there. Great product for the price!

I have used the Telescopic mascara for 2 yrs, and it is the only one I will use, have tried other brands but always come back to this. My only wish is that I could find the Black/Brown more easily, it is the harder shade to get, I am fair and I don't care for black or dark black mascara, would love L'Oreal to supply the stores with more of the Black/Brown shade Loyal user of all L'Oreal products

Packaging is absolute garbage. Can get flimsy wand back in tube.

Cannot get the wond back into the tube. It is impossible love the mascara just cannot use it.

I would like to know why a great company is not listening to its clientele.

Unable to return the wand to the bottle! Is there some trick to get this to work???
