I can't believe they offer this as a replacement for the discontinued #76. This is much darker and more burgundy than red. I've been using 76 for many years. I'm extremely disappointed.

Why did you discontinue this shade?! This was my favorite hair dye and it was the perfect copper, I tried the shade 76 and it's not even close. I'm really upset.

Have used this product for years with great results. The new formula not only doesn't cover as well, I had an allergic reaction causing my eyes to swell, itch and ooze for over a week. Beware with this new formula.

Deep burgundy (42) is now orange. I have used this product for years. Seriously my signature color and I have now tried the new formula twice and my hair is orange. This is so not an improvement:(

I have used this color for over 10 years because it matches my natural red I had before I went gray. I get compliments constantly and the recommended shades that are “similar” are not similar at all. Please bring it back, I'm begging.

I've tried just about every brand and every shade of brown imaginable. This is my absolute favorite! It's brown with a little bit a red and I get so many compliments on it. I hope it never gets discontinued.

Changed to cheap ingredients. Bad color now. PLEASE lose the new highly paid celebrity and go back to making a good quality reliable hair color. I had ordered several of the old #82 champagne fizz on-line. YAY! just ran out😞

I went through about a year of dying my hair red. I was never able to get the same product because I always wanted to go redder. I tried this and LOVED IT. I loved the color it gave me AND I loved how it made my hair feel!
