I have been purchasing this brow pencil for several years and really like the taupe, perfect color for me. However - it no longer lasts more than a couple of weeks, seems to be crumbly, and for me, costs more than it is worth. I don't even use it every day and it STILL doesn't last very long. I like this product and would give it better ratings if you could just correct these issues.

Ive used this product for 7+ years & never fails me! Ive turned all of my friends on to this product! Always gets my eyebrows looking snatched, when i die bury me with at least 2 of them so i can look good in the after life. Will be using this the rest of my life

I took it apart. At least 1/3 of the product seems to be 'left' and stuck inside the pencil after it's been twisted all the way up. Thats frustrating to me because I paid for that product and I have to pull out with a pick to even try use it. Exactly how much of the pencils 0.003 oz are left inside, essentially unusable? Also, I tired to upload a photo of what I described above and it told me that it was an 'invaild image'.

I love this pencil so much! The best I have found in years and I've been using it for a long time now but I have to buy one every week because it runs out so fast. If this doesn't change soon then I'll have to find something different. Also every time I try to find my shade in stores they're always sold out I don't know if it's an issue with the stores I'm shopping at or you guys but hope that changes as well.

I buy at least one of these a week, I love the brand and the color fits me perfectly but I'm spending at least $50 a month just on eyebrow pencils! It's ridiculous, I love it I just wish it was cheaper or had more in the package. Not sure if I'll be buying much longer.

I started using the Brow Stylist Definer about 3 Months ago and I absolutely fell in love! It's the best pencil/crayon I have ever used!! It doesn't go on too heavy creating a really natural look. The size is PERFECT for precision and the brush on the other end is great for blending!! I will never use any other eyebrow makeup. PLEASE keep this on the market! Thanks Loreal!

Thanks to L'Oréal for having a great color, "Blonde" for those of us who can't wear shades of brown. The problem is I don't know how other customers can give it a high rating when the tip keeps breaking off. Using the slightest pressure makes the tip break so I'm wondering how other customers apply the color? I thought I had a defective product so I purchased a two-pack and both definers broke off in pieces every time I attempted to apply it. L'Oréal what's going on???

I am in love with the brow styler! Ever since it's debut many people rave that it is a dupe for the Anastasia Brow Wiz. This product is looks natural and is very easy to use. The tiny tip makes creating fine hairs and elongating your brows a breeze. After using it I actually wanted to go buy another just as a back up. Great product Loreal!!

My daughter bought this for me and I was hooked the first time I tried it. I love how fine the pencil is. The spoolie blends so well. I threw out all my other brow products. This one is perfect for me. I can go as bold as I want or just fill in very slightly. Thank you for making this brow pencil.

The product lasted only about a week and did not cover as well as the pencils that had to be sharpened, which lasted for weeks. I wasn't able to find the pencils that had to be sharpened so I bought this one. Really disappointed. I only broke a small amount off, but it still only lasted a short time. Total waste of my money.
