THIS IS MY 3RD ONE IN A FEW WEEKS, WE ONLY GOT TO USE IT SO FAR 2 DAYS WITHOUT AN ISSUE. THE FIRST TWO COFFEE MAKERS STOPPED WORKING WITHIN A DAY EACH. THEY STOPPED GETTING POWER! THIS ONE HAS WORKED FINE FOR TWO DAYS AND AS LONG AS IT GETS POWER IT FUNCTIONS PERFECTLY AND IS A GREAT COFFEE MAKER.

Enjoyed the first Keurig till the descale light came on. Have been maintaining product as recommended and only using filtered water. Followed descale procedure and light wouldn't go off. Contacted Keurig and went thru descale procedure again with same result. Would be 5 stars except for this. Keurig sent me, at no cost, a replacement. I love the product and Keurig's friendly service. I'm hoping this one responds to descaling process when the time comes.

I bought the original unit for my son that was leaving out of town. My son came back home a year later and the unit stopped working. I contacted customer service and the representative (George) was so nice and understanding. He asked that I provide some information and then 5 days later I received a brand new unit. I cannot believe it! Fantastic customer support.

Keurig representative was very professional in assisting me with the descaling indicator not going off after I completed this process. Much to my amazement, the representative said that he was sending a replacement. This is a company standing behind their product. Thank You.

I got one for mother's day and have loved it for a year. It's fast, quiet, and makes great coffee but one day it just wouldn't power on. I called customer service3 and the guy that helped me was AMAZING and went above and beyond for me. I received my replacement machine quickly and it works perfect just like my original one.

Keurig went above and beyond on my replacement brewer My older one just died and was out of warranty. After talking to them about a replacement and maybe a veterans discount, they just replaced it free of charge with a brand new brewer and full warranty. Great company!

Thank you for the new coffee pot. It is great. Although the platinum series Keurig was my favorite—this is nice. I do see more coffee grounds and I'm thinking not so many holes in the pod as grounds get out. Customer Service was great and delivery was awesome!

I purchased my keurig a few months ago came in one morning and it wasn't working. I called Keurig and let them know, Once I confirm my purchase I received my Keurig machine within two days it was so fast and efficient. Thank you Keurig for doing this, I love my machine.

This is my third Keurig. The first one I had for 8 years but decided to trade up to this new model. My second Keurig was the same exact model as this one but became defective after 2 months of normal use. Since it was under warranty, I called and Keurig replaced it with my current model. While I was waiting for the replacement to arrive, I pulled out my old coffee brewer that need a filter and included a glass pot. Wow, I don't miss that at all! Having and using a Keurig is so easy and would recommend it to all!

I got my keurig around Christmas and shortly after the descale light came on and wouldn't go off even after I used the keurig cleaner. So I called and they replaced it. What a difference! My husband wanted a stronger coffee because he thought it was too weak, now he says its too strong lol. Thank you customer service!!
