We love our coffee maker. Would have gone for the plus but happy with customer care. Even with model discrepancies from our receipt and keurigs computer. Our machine was replaced after photos of receipt and machine serial numbers. Bought a second coffee maker for the trailer! But the plus this time. Will continue to buy keurig makers!

So, when it did die, I finally landed on this site. Ordered this one and I am happy. It's super easy to use. It turns itself on automatically when you want a cup. Not sure yet about the de-scaling experience as with my old one, I did everything to de-scale and it never did.

Quiet and fast. We've had some sort of Keurig machine for 15 years now. Out first one lasted for ten or eleven years, and then we switched to a Keurig mini. The k-supreme is a bit of an upgrade! I like the fact that there are options, including iced coffee.

We were replacing an older Kerrigan single cup server and couldn't belief how quick and quiet the new server operated. The one disappointment was that are old refillable pods do not fit the new K-Supreme, but we were able to obtain the new refillable pod that fits the K-Supreme. Obviously the new pod produces a better cup of Joe.

Keurig Supreme arrived earlier than expected and was in perfect condition. The coffee tastes so much better compared with my older Keurig machine due to the 5 perforations it makes on the coffee pod. We are really happy with our new purchase and recommend it to everyone!

The Original Keurig K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker malfunctioned. We contacted the help dest at Keurig and they determined our machine wasn't working and it was still in warrantee. They sent a replacement by courier and 5 days later we had a new machine.

Love that I can change up the position of the water tank, but seems a little flimsy overall. Was looking at the other slim design, but that one could only do one cup, this I can make a few before having to fill the water tank. Love the many coffee, tea, drink options though!

This is the third model that we've had in our home. We like the sleek design as it doesn't take up much real estate on the counter. Also like that there is no light that stays on all the time. The last one we had was pretty bright in the kitchen at night.

We bought this in January and really are pleased with this new slim design. Unfortunately when going through the descaling process as per instructions it stopped working; I called Keurig they sent me a new machine. They stood behind their product and delivered!

I had Keurig a coffee maker which finally just gave out after several years of use. I liked it but I love my new Keurig K-Supreme. Technology has advanced so much since my first Keurig. The last one gave me a good cup of coffee after quite noisily warming up for a minute or so. My new Keurig heats up almost immediately with very little noise. I also was surprised and grateful that Keurig included with my order, for free, 48 coffee and tea pods.
