[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine makes really great drinks and is easy to use and maintain. I really like auto features for grinding coffee for making espressos. The milk froth system is great as well. I wish there was the ability to program a start time to make your first cup. The water sensor is sensitive and doesn't recognize water availability with accuracy all of the time. This requires re-seating of the water carafe a few times.

Unfortunately after the first 2 being good machines, with the 2nd one still 100% and the first one ok, other than the frother not working anymore, the next 3 were bad and were all returned for lukewarm espresso, etc., not enough volume and unacceptable frothing capacity. I tried but the quality has gotten to be unacceptable.

We love this coffee machine. It's so easy to use, and makes a beautiful cup of coffee at the press of 3 buttons, one to switch it on, one to choose which drink you want and the third to start it. It is a little noisy but it is grinding coffee beans. The only thing I don't love is that it doesn't tell you when the beans have run out and grinds nothing so you end up with watery milk. Other than that it's perfect. So pleased we purchased it.

Good if you are happy with the pre selected coffee types, doesn't give the option of making frothed milk only drinks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was pretty excited when I bought my 3200, was looking forward to having great coffee at home at the press of the button. Sadly that was not the case with the machine I received. Despite attempting the recommended process and trying a variety of beans, my 3200 was completely incapable of forming consistent pucks of coffee, more so brown sludge was what was entering my grounds tray. The volume of the drinks produced was also terrible, most of my water seemed to be in the drip tray rather than the coffee cup. From other reviews I understand that this can be a great machine for some people. but sadly I received one that was defective.

Having had a cheaper (but satisfactory) bean to cup machine by another manufacturer I was unsure if I had made the right decision. In particular I was concerned the coffee would not be hot enough. I need not have worried, it is perfect (especially in double skinned glass cups). Admittedly it's early days so who knows what it will be like a year down the line, but right now I am delighted with the outcome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will start by saying I got this on Prime Day. If I had paid full price it would be going back. It is fine, the features are cool and it works decent enough, but I'm not over the moon with it. This is most definitely aimed at the convenience over quality crowd in my opinion. I have owned a manual tamping espresso machine before and was excited thinking this would compare and it just doesn't. It always seems to over saturate the shot and it ends up being obviously watery. I will say if you aren't overly concerned with the perfect shot this will probably work for you. It is very convenient and offers a wide range of drink options.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine replaced a pod-style machine as well as any desire to frequent a coffeehouse. Maintenance is simple and though I have not needed any yet, replacement parts are readily available. My wife and I go through about 30 oz of coffee beans a month making this about $1.75 a day over a 3 year period for us both to drink great coffee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The coffee it prepares is amazing and I love that it has a built in grinder and it grinds fresh coffee. The things I don't like about are: -It's very "plasticky" for the price. -You have to push hard the buttons (they could be in a digital screen). -I think it wastes way too much water to clean(to start the machine and to finish). I think is enough with the final cleaning when you are about to switch off the machine. -I'd love it to have another extra button for an extra creamy coffee (for the one in the picture I had to prepare 2 coffees in one mug). -I don't like you always have to use their water filter even though you pour your own filtered water. -I'd like it to be taller to allow taller mugs (especially when you prepare ice coffee). -Instructions could be more clear and it'd be great it to include a QR with a link to a video where explains how to use the machine. Honestly, I've tried before coffee from a Nespresso (with milk froth) which is X 3 times cheaper and there wasn't a huge significant difference in flavor/foam. I feel this machine is too pricey compared to others (Nespresso or a similar DeLonghi)
