[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love my new Hoover cordless vacuum!! It has the perfect attachments and excellent power! I especially love how it can lower down to go under my tables! It has taken the drudgery out of vacuuming and makes it less of a chore. That is a miracle!!!

Purchased this product 3 months ago, I use it between my house and my work due to its portability. The battery life always sucked with the 4aH battery, barely able to vacuum more than a hour, if you turn up the speed less than 30mins. The battery failed after 3 months of use, I called to replace the battery with their 3 year warranty and was denied due to “commercial use”. So buyer be wary where your carpet and bugs are located. If you dare use this outside a personal home they will void any warranty of yours. Almost like they know using their product will break it.

Replacing the brush mount second time. Had the same problem with an older product. IT DOESN'T WORK. I have replace the brush mouth three times now. It's crazy how cheap that thing is. Everything else is perfect for the price but the mount and the roller not working after a few months is just unheard of.

Very nice vacuum, good suction, battery life is just enough to do kitchen and living/dining room

I'm not happy w this vacuum at all. It doesn't have the same suction as the blade max+. Battery dies really quickly. I wouldn't get this. Will not service w Hoover is amazing and they try their best

I purchased this vacuum after an older Hoover Stick vacuum I had stopped working. It worked just as great as the old one had and had a long battery life until about 40 days after owning it when I put the battery on the charger and left the room for literally a minute and came back to horrible smoke and a smoldering battery. I wasted all that money and can never trust one of these vacuums again if it can happen that quick. I'll be buying a corded vacuum from a different company.

I do not have this particular model but I do have the Hoover Blade which apparently, they do not make anymore. The battery stopped charging and can't find one anywhere, not even from Hoover. Keep that in mind and appears the batterys are almost as much as the vacuum. Im so sad I love that thing!!!

We bought the vacuum in Jan. 10, 2026 and I will start with the positive and go from there. It has great suction.It has nice attachments etc. My complaint is when you try to clean it and empty the hair/dirt the top part don't stay together you have to hold on tight so it don't fall apart. The dirt cup filter black part falls out very easily. It falls on the floor. It's hard to hang on to. I guess in that sense it's terrible. I just wanted to company to work on fixing that part on the next product they make. I get so mad when I have to empty the filter cup where the cyclone tube it's the black part that is the troubled part. I know there is nothing I can do, but wanted the company to know what's NOT the BEST functioning part of the vacuum. I hate to do bad reviews, but it becomes frustrating when you buy something and have troubles from the get go.
