I've had my OnePwr Emerge cordless stick vacuum for 6 months now. The vacuum itself is fairly good, and I really like the convenience of going anywhere without a cord! Having a fairly clean home, I only use the vac about twice a month. The problem is the battery. Mine came with the 4Ah (20V) battery, which when new, gave me 25 minutes of run-time. There has been a steady decline with each re-charge and use, so that after 4-5 uses it only gave 15 minutes of run-time, and now I only get 9-10 minutes out of 1 full charge. I have other 20V batteries for tools (like Dewalt) and they last much longer!

After doing so much research on an affordable stick vacuum.. this is the one that came up. However after less than a year it stopped working. So upsetting that I'm now on the hunt again to spend money.

Was happy with the vacuum until the lower suction hose that attaches to the floor head cracked and split all over. Now it's useless and Hoover doesn't sell a replacement part for it! Go figure!

This product is not worth the money. The vaccum Attachment does not last. I have had two, both with the same problem. Hair build up behind the plastic gear which causes heat build up and eventually failure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum works great for quick clean ups. I put the tree up and needles were all over the living room floor. It was awesome to pick them up. It works excellent on the tile in the kitchen and hall. However, with weekly vacuuming on the carpet it seems a little light for the job. The smaller canister means I have to dump it more or vacuum more often to keep the dog and cat fur up. While I love it's light weight, my mom said it's difficult for her to use since the weight is all in the handle and she is older. Overall, I like it. I would recommend it to friends, and I would most likely buy one if I needed a new vacuum I also want to add that it has a very sturdy construction. I have a limestone surround around the fireplace and I dropped it on the rock surface. Everything came apart, but it went back together with ease and still works great after the fall.

I am thoroughly impressed with my ONEPWR Emerge! I am a bit of a "vacuumaholic" and have owned quite a few stick vacs. My previous favorite has been part of my everyday life for 6 years, but after being gifted the Emerge in November, I have officially converted to using the Emerge on a daily basis. There are a number of features that I truly appreciate about it and, in my mind, set the ONEPWR Emerge apart. These include: 1. The All-Terrain feature- The Emerge does a great job cleaning on all surfaces and I no longer have to change out the vacuum end when switching from floor to carpet! 2. The self-standing feature- I appreciate being able to stop while vacuuming to move furniture, pick something up in my way, or just stop mid job to come back to vacuuming and be able to stand the vacuum up. My previous vacuum would only stand up if put away in its stand and otherwise would have to lay across the floor. 3. The ONEPWR line with interchangeable batteries makes it so that you can easily switch out a depleted battery for a fully charged one when tackling long vacuum sessions. I clean my house myself and typically spend a good few hours a week cleaning. I never have to worry about stopping to await a charge, especially since the ONEPWR batteries charge quite fast! 4. The brush attachment- the bristles on the brush attachment are longer and softer/more pliable than the brush attachment on my previous stick vac, making it much easier to clean baseboards, dust surfaces, and get into crevices. If you are looking for an everyday vacuum to get the job done easily and thoroughly, this is definitely the one for you!
