<p>The ALEKO Motorized Retractable Patio Awning offers shade and weather protection for patios and balconies. It features a black powder coated steel and aluminum frame, which shows less dirt than white frames. The ivory polyester fabric is durable, UV and weather resistant. The motor opens and closes the awning in under a minute. A hand crank allows manual operation if needed. Actual frame dimensions are 9.8 x 8 feet (3 x 2.4 m), and fabric dimensions are 9.5 x 8 feet (2.9 x 2.4 m). The awning covers up to 76 square feet. Instructions

Very good product, but instructions are not clear. Between the written instructions and the YouTube how-to video, we got it put together.
PLEASE NOTE! The awning comes in one box, the fabric in another and the motor comes in a third. If you get the motorized version, don't look for it in the box. It comes separate.  It would be nice if they put a note in the awning box that the fabric and motor come in a different box. Otherwise, I would have given this a 5-star.

The directions are not very clear. The awning does not appear to be very solid..

Poor directions- flimsy

Cheap fabric. Not what I expected and unable to return without spending a fortune on return fees.
