It features a black powder coated steel and aluminum frame, which shows less dirt than white frames. The ivory polyester fabric is durable, UV and weather resistant. The motor opens and closes the awning in under a minute. A hand crank allows manual operation if needed. Actual frame dimensions are 9.8 x 8 feet (3 x 2.4 m), and fabric dimensions are 9.5 x 8 feet (2.9 x 2.4 m). The awning covers up to 76 square feet. Includes wall port for remote storage, standard vertical wall brackets, and can be optionally mounted under roof overhang or horizontal surfaces with a ceiling bracket. Assembly is required. The directions are not very clear. The awning does not appear to be very solid..

Poor directions- flimsy

Cheap fabric. Not what I expected and unable to return without spending a fortune on return fees.
