<p>The ALEKO Home Patio Canopy Awning 13x10ft is a motorized retractable awning for outdoor spaces. The black frame shows less dirt than white frames. Durable sand polyester fabric protects from sun and light rain. The electric motor opens and closes the awning in under one minute. A hand crank lets you operate the awning manually when needed. Frame dimensions are 13.1 x 10 feet (4 x 3 m). Fabric dimensions are 12.5 x 9.5 feet (3.8 x 2.9 m). Frame is powder coated steel and aluminum. Mounting hardware includes standard wall brackets. Instructions

Very good product, but instructions are not clear. Between the written instructions and the YouTube how-to video, we got it put together.
PLEASE NOTE! The awning comes in one box, the fabric in another and the motor comes in a third. If you get the motorized version, don't look for it in the box. It comes separate.  It would be nice if they put a note in the awning box that the fabric and motor come in a different box. Otherwise, I would have given this a 5-star.

The directions are not very clear. The awning does not appear to be very solid..

Poor directions- flimsy

Cheap fabric. Not what I expected and unable to return without spending a fortune on return fees.
