<p>The ALEKO Motorized Retractable Patio Awning creates shade for your patio or balcony. The awning features a black frame that shows less dirt than common white frames. Ivory polyester fabric protects from sun and light rain. The motor opens and closes the awning quickly with a remote. A hand crank is also included for manual operation without electricity. Frame dimensions are 19.7 x 9.8 feet (6 x 3 m). Fabric dimensions are 19.3 x 9.8 feet (5.9 x 3 m). The frame is made from powder coated steel and aluminum. The fabric is UV and weather resistant polyester. Up to 200 square feet of coverage is possible. The awning requires a 120V AC connection. Standard vertical wall brackets are included. Instructions

Very good product, but instructions are not clear. Between the written instructions and the YouTube how-to video, we got it put together.
PLEASE NOTE! The awning comes in one box, the fabric in another and the motor comes in a third. If you get the motorized version, don't look for it in the box. It comes separate.  It would be nice if they put a note in the awning box that the fabric and motor come in a different box. Otherwise, I would have given this a 5-star.

The directions are not very clear. The awning does not appear to be very solid..

Poor directions- flimsy

Cheap fabric. Not what I expected and unable to return without spending a fortune on return fees.
