I was very surprised at first sight. It was a very light color.....almost white. When I first applied it under the eye....again I was thinking it was too light. Then it starts to match my shade. I was amazed at the match. Love this now!!

It has special shade transforming technology that works like nothing I have ever used. It has buildable coverage without looking clumpy and feels awesome!

I've never really used concealer so this is one of the first concealers I guess I have used besides having to blend the product out lightly with your finger because when applied it comes out white it's really cool because it matches your shade perfectly and it is a non oily does product does not clog pores the coverage is buildable I have really been enjoying using this concealer I will totally buy again!

Where to begin? I highly recommend all of their smart shades skin tone matching products. I use literally every single one of them. I've been branching out and trying different products however I seem to always come back. They always blend well, and match my skin tone better than I ever expect. ( Just as a heads up, when you first squeeze out the product it is white and as you blend it starts to match your shade which was a little surprising my first use.)

The application process was very smooth and the overall affect achieved from the product was very well received. I like concealers without applicators as they are less messy and you seem to get more product for your money.

Deep Shade, Great Coverage!

Because of my sensitive eyes, the products I put on my face have to be hypo-allergenic. Almay works for me as I only wear concealer. In the past, I've bought several tubes that weren't mixed very well which was very annoying for the high price I paid. This tube is mixed well.

Conceal your true age with Almost concealer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This review is for the Almay Smart Shade Concealer, Medium Meets Deep. I received this for free in return for my review. This shade was a bit too dark for me. I don't know if I would have had better results with a lighter shade or not. I needed a good cover up for some scars I have and for breakouts. But I couldn't get this to cover very good. It went on smooth and blended well but I had to almost keep caking layer over layer to get it to cover at all. But then that of course made the shade even darker too. But to be fair this is the first time I've tried a concealer so I'm not experienced with them. This did blur the problem areas a little bit. I guess I was expecting things to almost disappear and maybe that's not what a concealer can do. It comes out of the tube grey and then when you blend it in you start to see the color change to the shade it's going to be. It's not greasy and it did stay on and in place all day. I've been really happy with Almay products so I'd like to give this concealer another try, only with a lighter shade that matches me better.

I might have better results with a lighter shade?

I purchased a recent tube of this because the last one I had was amazing, it made the under eye smooth and the colour was spot on. They've either changed the formula or I got a bad one. When you squeeze it out, brown juice runs everywhere. It's awful, feels gritty and doesnt blend well at all.
