Nice product. I bought a set of these dumbbells with a holding rack but it didn't come with this low of weight which is why I ordered this.  They are good quality.  It does have a little oil on them so you have to wipe that off before you use them.  Other than that, I recommend them.

They turned out great. I weighed both dumbells and they were around 78 lbs which my scale might be off. Close enough to 80lb for me to be ok with it.  More importantly they are perfectly balanced from side to side.  The grip is heavily knurled, perfect size, and great ergonomics.  A slight odor when I first got them but nothing too bad and I sleep right next to them in a semi truck and it didn't bother me.  I've had them a couple weeks and the odor is gone.  Also very little black rubs off on my shorts when lifting or the carpet where they sit.  Just a slight dusting of black, nothing oily.  Much better then some dumbells I have had for years that still mark up my shorts black.  Came in two packages well boxed and taped up.  Over all they exceeded my expectations.

Excellent dumbbells. These are gym quality. I have purchased other sets of CAP Barbell dumbbells and I've had no issues after 4 years.

Great home workout dumbbells. Quality is great and so is the grip. I use these a few times a week instead of the gym and they are very similar quality to a professional gym.

I have another 3 lb weight so i use both to exercise my arms Works great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Almost everywhere else, charges 1.5x the price for weights. Wal-Mart stayed true to great pricing for weights.

Rubber coating allows much flexibility in where dumbbells can be used, stored, and even carried around without fear of damage. Handles provide excellent grip.

50% were perfect and new, the other 50% had some red powder residue or something all over them. I had to use a whole tub of Clorox wipes to get it off...

Standard weights

The dumbbell quality is okay; but it is bigger than the Gozone one at the same weight. The grip was hard on my hand so I returned them then purchased a set of Gozone 10 lb instead.

I received the dumbbells and thought the smell of chemicals and rubber would wear off after a couple of days, but it stayed. I keep my gear near my bedroom and I could still smell the stron odor at night. I think I would stay with the neoprene coated dumbbells since they do not have any particular smell and feel more comfortable without needing gloves.
