I have been using the New Balance MX608v5 Slip Resistant shoes for about two weeks now, mainly for my work and also for going to college. I really like the comfort of these shoes. The slip-resistant technology actually works well  I tried walking on wet floors and the grip feels very secure. The cushioning is smooth and comfortable, and I don't feel any foot pain even after wearing them for long hours. Overall, it's a very comfortable and reliable shoe, and I'm happy with my purchase.

A pair of cross-training shoes for my dad's Christmas gift.  He uses them mostly for his morning & evening walks and what a difference in the comfort he feels.  No more back aches or feet pain which is amazing. As long as my dad's walking in comfort, I know he will continue to walk for his health.  He's happy and I'm happy!  Best Christmas gift ever.  Thank you New Balance!

Christmas Gift for Dad

I have used NB shoes for years and recently purchased this model because of the material used at the top of the toe area. This material promises to last longer than the mesh on my other NB shoes which has worn through after a short time of use.  These shoes are comfortable, offer great support for my 2.5 mile walks, and are also attractive. I have ordered another pair as a backup.

608v5 trainers

Got a pair for my dad as a gift, they are really swag and heckin comfy and stuff. He likes the grey after wearing white for so long and wears them almost exclusively. These shoes will be used to their fullest potential and be hailed as a successful christmas gift for at least half a generation.

Excellent gift

As the title said, I bought a pair of Newbalance 608 to replace my well worn #608s. I've had good service from this NB model. Also, the price was acceptable. I buy NB shoes because they're available in wider widths. NewBalance is a 'name' and they have always been known for quality.

NEW BALANCE = THE BEST!

I have worn NB shoes since their inception. Transitioned from running shoes to walking shoes. Love the fact that I can get 4E widths. I even have NB golf shoes. Quality product. At age 86 I have had a love affair with New Balance footwear for years.

Unquestionable quality

This is the best shoe I ever bought did I buy them twice a year last year I had two pairs that the souls come apart and 6 months I do a lot of walking and everything but I love the comfortability and all that but I need to do something to reinforce it really cool the shoe from coming apart as many as I buy at these shoes I should get a special discount I still have the pair of that so come breaking apart

After wearing this model and size for twenty years this pair did not fit? They appeared to be a cheap version of the NB I knew.

What Happened to the NB I knew?

These shoes felt like I was wearing hallow bricks. Compared to the 990v6 these are a JOKE! Spend the extra money and save your feet. Only plus was they were actually wide.
