Came with 82 percent battery life. Not disclosed. Came with several knicks on camera lenses. Would not charge out of the box. Had to clean charging port of debris and lint before full use. I wonder how they reconditioned this? Seems like they said yes it powers on so it must be okay. In this condition should have sold for at least 100 less.

It was advertised as "like new" and I figured there would be some scratches but there are some rather significant scratches on the edges of the screen that are really disappointing. I really not happy with this purchase and am feel quite ripped off.

You are better off buying a new iPhone than a refurbished one. Mine has been experiencing all kinds of issues from a blank white screen to a flashing pink screen to who knows what will happen next.  I thought I would save money buy buying this refurbished iPhone but with all these issues you're better off buying a new one. I didn't buy the warranty as Asurion and any other warranty company are worthless trying to get them to replace or fix your products.

Don't buy a refurbished iPhone

Restored: Like New ... says who?!? scratches and dents all over the outside rail/frame of the phone. my typical USB-C cord does not click into the port suggesting damage or a worn out connector. 85% battery maximum capacity. visible debris in between the screen and frame housing of the phone.. i'm shocked that anyone considers this 'restored' or 'like new'

Completely stopped working can't use it at all. It all started with the battery just going from. I believe it was at 80% fully before and then it's dropped down to 60 and then it just started shutting down out of nowhere even if I had full battery or as much as it would allow it to store and then it just started turning off and didn't turn back on. I can't do anything with it now.

Terrible

I purchased this iPhone about 5 months ago, and unfortunately, it has already started having problems. At first, everything seemed fine, but after the third month, the issues began. A strong flashing light started covering half of the screen, almost like a blinding flash, making it impossible to see or use the phone properly. This light would not go away and made the screen very difficult to handle.

I take very good care of my phone—I always use a case and screen protector—yet it still developed these problems. For the price, I expected it to work much better and last longer.

I would really like a refund because I am still paying for it and this is not the quality I expected from an iPhone, and it should not be failing this quickly.

Not the Quality I Expected – Issues After 3 Months

The phone has poor audio quality and it looks like something was put over it to change the color of the phone and now unfortunately i did recently just drop it and it cracked so that's something else to worry about unfortunately

the phone came broken scratches every where the camera cracked and the phone wouldn't stay on for more than 1min and it resets on its own the product not worth the money nor how its advertised Fake seller i don't recommend buying from them.

The phone looked great, but when I took it in because I cracked my screen, I found out it had an off market battery and it drains crazy fast. I wish I'd known about that.

DO NOT BUY.  Seemed fine out of the box. Would turn off randomly once a week, but came back on.  It lasted like exactly 3 months. And now it won't even turn on when plugged in. I reached out, and they said it was after 90 days so they didn't have to help. Misery.
