I love the product! It looks great. The only downside is the battery—it came with 88% health. Apart from that, everything is perfect.

Overall love the product

walmart.com

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything was fine but it had a few scratches on the edges and it came with 91% battery capacity, works just like new though.

Great

I purchased this iPhone 15 Pro (512GB, White Titanium) listed as “Restored,” but it arrived with 663 battery cycles and battery health at 89%, which clearly indicates heavy prior use. By serial number, it appears to be an original used phone, not properly refurbished.
The screen has visible wear and light scratches, though True Tone works and no parts seem to have been replaced.

In most properly refurbished iPhones, the battery and often the housing are replaced — that wasn't the case here. The device either wasn't refurbished at all, or parts were replaced unofficially, as no service history shows in the system.

To be fair, the price was good, and the phone works — but this is not what you expect from a “Restored” product.
Bought from a third-party seller via Walmart — review listings carefully before buying.

Rated 3 stars due to good price, but misleading and unverified restoration.

Not truly “Restored” – Clearly used device

The product says "Like new" but is full of scratches all over the screen and scuffs and scratches along the titanium body. It should be mentioned as Condition: good and not like new.

Came with lots of scratches all over.

The rating given was for the device I received. The store did what was expected and gave me a full refund based on the reason why I returned this item so I have no problem buying from this store in the future. They proved to be honest and a store you can trust buying from. It was unfortunate the device I received did not meet my expectations which id why the rating was given. This rating does not reflect on the store as much as it reflects on the device I received.

Great store-not so good device

The equipment is physically very discharged, and I supposedly paid for excellent quality, I think for what I paid it deserved at least an aesthetic of 9.5 and the equipment is like an 8 in aesthetics, I think I deserved to get something better for the price I paid. The battery is at 89%. I don't think that's an excellent value.

Very disappointed

This phone turned out to be a failure. It looks like the display was replaced with a low-quality one - I am very careful when using phones and I work in the office. I carry my phone in my pants pocket or in a case. But in this phone the screen got scratched in just a few days - it seems like the scratches come from nowhere ... This has never happened with any of my original phones that I owned before. Moreover, my 8 year old son uses my old phone and uses it very carelessly. But his display is clean and with minimal scratches. That's why I am returning it!
ps. I bought another phone and have been using this one for a few weeks now. The display is absolutely fine!

Bad Display

Huge scratch right in the middle of the screen. This is not “like new” condition. My 5 year old 11 pro phone has a clearer screen than this supposedly like new 15 pro. Returning and avoiding this seller!

Huge scratch is not like new

Completely stopped working can't use it at all. It all started with the battery just going from. I believe it was at 80% fully before and then it's dropped down to 60 and then it just started shutting down out of nowhere even if I had full battery or as much as it would allow it to store and then it just started turning off and didn't turn back on. I can't do anything with it now.

Terrible

I purchased this iPhone about 5 months ago, and unfortunately, it has already started having problems. At first, everything seemed fine, but after the third month, the issues began. A strong flashing light started covering half of the screen, almost like a blinding flash, making it impossible to see or use the phone properly. This light would not go away and made the screen very difficult to handle.

I take very good care of my phone—I always use a case and screen protector—yet it still developed these problems. For the price, I expected it to work much better and last longer.

I would really like a refund because I am still paying for it and this is not the quality I expected from an iPhone, and it should not be failing this quickly.

Not the Quality I Expected – Issues After 3 Months
