Phone's battery drains quickly, requiring frequent recharging.

Screen and case are easily damaged, affecting appearance.

Can be affordable, but may not match quality expectations.

Well the only thing I hate from receiving this device is that the battery was at 89%, which is technically not bad. But a friend got his at 100%. So, I expected the same at least.
Anyway. It's a great item and a wonderful price for the product, I'd say

I received the pre-owned phone is reasonable time from date of my order.

I-Phone 15 Pro - 256 storage

The phone was listed as "Like New".

The condition of the phone was not "Like New". It had scrapes and scratched on the side buttons and case.

The battery health was 88%. Again, not "Like New".

I have decided to keep this phone anyway because I did not want to switch over to a new phone again. (I had problems completing the e-mail set-up.)

Other than the above stated, the phone was as advertised.

I-Phone 15 Pro Pre-owned - Somewhat disappointed.

The equipment is physically very discharged, and I supposedly paid for excellent quality, I think for what I paid it deserved at least an aesthetic of 9.5 and the equipment is like an 8 in aesthetics, I think I deserved to get something better for the price I paid. The battery is at 89%. I don't think that's an excellent value.

Very disappointed

You are better off buying a new iPhone than a refurbished one. Mine has been experiencing all kinds of issues from a blank white screen to a flashing pink screen to who knows what will happen next.  I thought I would save money buy buying this refurbished iPhone but with all these issues you're better off buying a new one. I didn't buy the warranty as Asurion and any other warranty company are worthless trying to get them to replace or fix your products.

Don't buy a refurbished iPhone

The phone doesn't have an excellent condition.  Has scuff marks around the frame and the battery life it's not of iPhone 15. 85%. Not accurate what was advertised

This company is a scam! The description said the phone was “like new,” but in reality, it was in terrible condition. It had many scratches and damaged areas. I'm returning it—very disappointed!

DO NOT BUY.  Seemed fine out of the box. Would turn off randomly once a week, but came back on.  It lasted like exactly 3 months. And now it won't even turn on when plugged in. I reached out, and they said it was after 90 days so they didn't have to help. Misery.

I purchased this iPhone about 5 months ago, and unfortunately, it has already started having problems. At first, everything seemed fine, but after the third month, the issues began. A strong flashing light started covering half of the screen, almost like a blinding flash, making it impossible to see or use the phone properly. This light would not go away and made the screen very difficult to handle.

I take very good care of my phone—I always use a case and screen protector—yet it still developed these problems. For the price, I expected it to work much better and last longer.

I would really like a refund because I am still paying for it and this is not the quality I expected from an iPhone, and it should not be failing this quickly.

Not the Quality I Expected – Issues After 3 Months

Was advertised like new but had  bad scratches on case all the way around screen as well as screen being scratched.  Should have been rated fair condition.
