I'm 6'1" and I weigh 300lbs: it holds me up fine. I prefer the chair without the wheels because I have had drafting table chairs before and they break due to my weight. Came faster than expected! The chair was simple to assemble. I do not have much use for the adjust feature due to my height. At times I do use the height adjust for fun and it still holds me up just fine. Worth the investment, I plan to keep this chair for years along with my current drafting table.

I am an architect, and our business is at the drafting table (the old practice methods) and now with a computer or laptop (new practice methods). Architects are always recycling. The chairs are perfect for our use either at the conference table or at a re-conditioned drafting board.

Great product for high desk or drafting board.

Bought this as a workbench stool (wine red). It was easy to put together, is sturdy and comfortable for moderate durations. It's a great addition to the shop and my kids are already begging for another. I really like the wine red color but cannot vouch for any other. Highly recommended.

Great Stool!

I am very pleased. Looks much more expensive and was very easy to assemble. I am a 220 pound person and the hydrolic piston holds me with no problem. How long that lasts is a concern...but at this price, I can buy another stool. I use this as a bar stool at a non-standard height kitchen bar. I bought the Wine color and it is beautiful.
Highly recommend.

Great Bang for your Buck!

The stool is great!!! The tractor style seat is very comfortable and the back rest is in the perfect position. Easy to assemble and hydraulics work wonderfully. I use it in my sewing room so it gets lots of use. Thank you for a great economical product.

LOVE IT!!!

I needed a counter-height chair for my kitchen desk and I did not want an office-style chair, this fit the bill exactly! It perfectly fits the height, is super comfortable (despite its hard look), is fun to look at, and easy to clean. Its chrome pieces seem to be good quality. The plastic seat and back are solid so the color will not chip or rub off. It does have a little give when you sit - normal for a hydraulic lift, but holds its height well. I would definitely buy it again!

wonderful, stylish, fun chair!

I was surprisingly pleased by this chair. It's just about high enough for my needs and actually pretty comfortable. If there's a downside it's that the lift sinks a few inches under my weight but a small stand was enough to make it high enough to maintain a standing height even when sitting. I wouldn't risk leaning back on it too often or too hard as it made of plastic and a cheaper metal but since most of the professional chairs in that do this cost several hundred to half a grand this is a really good chair for the price.

If you lean over, the seat will crack between the front edge and the hole near the front on the side you put weight upon. The rest of the features (swivel, hydraulic up/down, 5-leg stability, backrest, fit and finish) are all top-notch. I repaired the cracked seat with a piece of strap steel under the seat and a few pop rivets and now it's fine. Were I to buy another, I'd apply the steel and pop rivets before use.

Seat is not strong, so sit up straight!

We have been looking for stools for several weeks now. When we found this one we were excited. But as soon as I got it out of the package the weight and overall look and feel of the metal and mechanics began to disappoint me. Then once you sit at the highest position the sit began to go down by itself without using the handle. Nice lime-green color. Love the concept design BUT very poor materials. Mind as well by a chair and not a stool if the "adjustable height" will not function properly or may die faster than normal.

Very poor quality, not functional to specs.

I bought this chair for my daughter. It was easy to assemble. However, the mechanism that makes the chair move down is broken. It takes all of my weight/force to get the chair to go back down after it's up. Not worth it at all!! Fi
