My original unit ceased working so I called the 800 number. Spoke with a representative who talked me through some diagnostics. Confirmed unit failure, took mailing information and told me to sit tight for a few days. Received a replacement unit in less than a week and we are enjoying fresh brewed coffee like before. The whole experience confirms my high opinion of Keurig. Many thanks.

9 months after buying this coffee maker it stopped working (1 year feels short for a warranty though). Keurig stood by their product and replaced it. I had an issue uploading receipts etc due to the limitations on the form but once I called them a quick email did the trick. Thank you

Did not realize you improved my coffee maker until I got a new one through warranty. My old one splattered coffee when filling cup and exploded if I did not slam the lid on the pod to begin processing. It is wonderful change. Always like the coffee selection from Keurig.

My wife and I purchased our "K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker" and have enjoyed great coffee, until we had a issue with the coffee maker. I contacted customer support and explained what was happening, after troubleshooting Keurig decided to send us a replacement. Once again we are enjoying great coffee. They make a good product and they stand behind it. Thank you.

My new Keurig coffee brewer is one super item. It is easy to use and pleasure to have gotten. It also has a very modern looking design which I think is neat and it makes a great cup of coffee. I have had Keurig brewers in the past and will continue to buy one as needed.

I had my Keurig K-Supreme Single Serve coffee maker for 7 and a half months and while doing a scheduled descaling my machine suddenly just shut off and stopped working. I contacted Keurig about the 1 year warranty and low and behold they replaced my machine just by me answering a few questions about what happened to it. 3 days later I had a brand new machine at my door step. So anyone wanting to purchase one I highly recommend buying a Keurig. The price the service and the people working for them it's a great company

Original unit just stopped working, and just under the warranty wire they replaced the unit with no issue, and quickly. After setting up and using the new one for a while, I'm sure the original was more defective than we thought, as this new one brews hotter and the volume settings are more accurate. Overall a great machine.

I bought 1 K Supreme that failed out of the box. Leaked water all over my counter. It took 5 emails and 7 phone calls totalling more than 2 and half hours phone time and more than a month to get a replacement. Replacement is exhibiting problems after a week. THESE ARE TRASH! NEVER BUY ONE!

We had a problem with the descaling in our machine we bought their fluid and that still did not Di scale our machine. We contacted customer service they did a wonderful job replaced our machine. Wonderful product. Wonderful customer service team. A+ +++ service

I have had this for a month and am very happy with it. Except - you can't use distilled or filtered water from a whole house filter! What a rip. I guess that is so you have to buy the Keurig filters. Otherwise, the brewer heats very fast and works great.
