I bought a K Supreme Single Serve late December 2020. Very happy with the Machine and it worked great until July 2021 when it suddenly would not power on. Contacted Keurig phone support and after brief troubleshooting requested either a receipt or a picture of the machine with the serial number visible which is what I was able to send in. They sent me a new / replacement machine within about 10 days and did not require old machine to be shipped back. New machine works great and every part of their process was pleasant. I have owned three or four machines before this one with no issues and have been extremely impressed with their products and now am as equally impressed with their customer service. It was very refreshing to know there are still some companies that make you feel like they genuinely want you to have a good experience and understand positive experiences create a loyal long term customer and advocate for their brand like myself.

I had a problem with my Keurig, that the descale light would not turn off after we descaled the unit. We tried 3 times and it still didn't go off, so I called Keurig and customer service ran me through the descale again and tried a couple more things but no luck. He at this point said they would replace the unit at NO CHARGE. All I had to do was follow his instruction on what info he needed to replace my unit. I did as he requested and bang my new Keurig was at my front door.

My first one was a Christmas gift my fiance and I fell in love with with my coffee maker. Then when it wouldn't work I called they told me that they would replace it for me for free and I was so grateful. It showed up when they said it was going to and I'm a happy woman there because I have my coffee back in my life yay thank you so much

I like the Keurig K-Supreme, it's great for the office. My only issue has been when descaling time comes. I've had to call for replacement the last 3 times I think. Not sure what is going on but it just stops working at some point during the descaling process.

First off, I love this coffee maker. It's easy to operate and brews very well! That being said, when I got to the descale process and followed the instructions it broke my machine. If you follow the descale process verbatim it could trip a thermal protection switch in the machine that you can't easily reset. There's other instances out there of this happening and videos online that show how to tear your machine apart to fix it, but you shouldn't have to do that. Kudos to Keurig for their excellent customer service and getting me a prompt replacement. For anyone who is buying this or has the unit already, when you get to the descale process, WAIT 10 MINUTES between brews when you get to that part. I tried it out on my new machine and it gives enough time to cool off between cycling water through. Hope this helps someone and saves Keurig some hassle sending out replacements!

Keurig with multi stream technology is really the best coffee maker. Allows for a great cup of coffee, almost immediately. I'd have given it 5 starts however it was a replacement machine b/c my previous 1 broke & this one makes a strange sound when brewing. Hoping it lasts!

Although I had trouble with my first one with it messing up the pod and getting grounds all over, Keurig replaced it with little effort on my part. I have a small L-shaped kitchen with no available space to clear my open shelves, so this unit, with my ability to have the water reservoir directly behind, fit where an older unit with no reservoir was used. I really like having water ready to go and the unit fitting snuggly to a wall.

I bought this Keurig back in December and have used and loved it every sense. I had a problem with it and I call Keurig, they walked me thru different scenarios but nothing worked. Since it was still under warranty, they immediately sent me a replacement. I received the replacement in 3 days, amazing service! Folks remember to fill out the warranty info online, your best defense if something should go wrong within the 1st year.

My latest Kuerig is a warranty replacement of the same model. This previous coffee maker just wouldn't power up after just finishing a de-scale cycle. Th replacement process was smooth and uneventful. I always make a 12oz cup of coffee. For some unknown reason, on both brewers, sometimes the 12oz button lights up and sometimes it doesn't. This is my 3rd Kuerig machine. I have yet to have one last more than 18 months. The most positive thing I have to say about my last two Kuerigs is the speed of the brewing process. It's less than a minute.

This is my warranty replacement. I like this product but I do feel that it is not made as well as the one I had before. Also it does not get very hot and I see this one does not have a temperature gauge. I am a big Keurig fan and love your products.
