I'm a bit disappointed in this brewer. The quality is not up to the standards of Keurig in my opinion. The handle doesn't close tightly and after the coffee brews it continues to drip. I have a white brewer so it shows and is quite annoying. It is just not the quality I'm used to with previous Keurig coffee makers.

When you purchase an expensive kitchen appliance you expect it to perform perfectly for a long time. If you do have issues with it it's nice to know that the manufacturer stands behind their produce and provides a no hassle repair/replacement policy. We loved our K-supreme and when we experienced an issue Keurig provided a replacement with just a phone call. Love Keurig customer for life.

I bought my Keurig Supreme a little over a year ago. The coffee maker worked well until one day it wouldn't work any more. I called Keurig and they were very professional. They helped me troubleshoot my coffee maker and established that the appliance was not going to work. They immediately took my information to send me a replacement which I received in just a couple of days. Wow! Great service and attentive employees!

I love this coffee maker. It's the first thing my husband and I use in the morning after we wake up. It works well and is easy to use. I gave it 3 stars due the color I wanted to purchase being out of stock for months. I also gave it 3 stars because we have had to replace it with the warranty 2 times because they just shut off and stopped working after less than a year of use. It also doesnt make the amount of ounces you push. Any option you select (8oz, 10oz, or 120oz), it will brew a 1-2 oz less than the option you select to brew.

I love that this Keurig saves a ton of space on my counters unlike the older models. However, the first one I purchased stopped working after one cup. It took several phone calls and emails to Keurig to get a replacement. The replacement can't seem to make a 12oz cup. The others work fine but the 12oz barely gives you 5oz. Occasionally, coffee sputters out the sides and leaks. Also, I just descaled it 2 days ago and the descale light came on again! This coffee maker sucks! Would not recommend.

I contacted Keurig for help troubleshooting our Keurig. No matter which size we selected, it would only make about 3-5 oz. After troubleshooting, it was determined that it couldn't be fixed so the representative sent us a replacement which we received in 4 days. Very happy with the assistance received and with the new Keurig.

Bought the K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Marker for a Christmas gift and after 2 1/2 months of use it needed to be descaled. Ran through the descaling process but the machine wouldn't get out of the descaling mode. Called Customer Service on a Sunday morning. Spoke with a wonderful representative. She walk me through some trouble shooting that didn't work. Offer to send a new unit under the warranty (with proof of purchase). We had the new machine by Wednesday morning. New machine includes a new 1 year warranty. Extremely pleased with my customer service experience.

I love the new features on this Keurig Coffeemaker. I love the fact that a cup of water is not sitting inside the machine any longer. Seems much healthier, in my opinion. I love that I can make a stronger brew and that the pod is pierced more to extra flavor.

So far our replacement is working well. Unfortunately, this is the 3rd one we have received since our original purchase in Nov. 2020.. I would not recommend this model to my friends until the bugs are all worked out.But when it is working, it is great.

Purchased K Supreme coffee maker about two months ago. Had a couple minor issues consisting of a water tank leak and a problem when I descaled the item the first time. Kuerig replaced the unit immediately at no cost. This unit is a great improvement over past design we like the instant on and the ease of removing the water tank for filling. I would recommend this unit the home.
