I love the product! It looks great. The only downside is the battery—it came with 88% health. Apart from that, everything is perfect.

Great phone overall! I knew going into it that it was a refurbished model and a bit older, but it works really well and does everything I need it to. It arrived super quickly, which I really appreciated.

My only complaint is the battery health. It's at about 80%, so when it says it's fully charged, it doesn't last as long as a brand-new battery would. I do wish it had come with a fresh battery, but it's not a dealbreaker.

All in all, still a great phone for the price and I'm happy with my purchase.

The phone came in good condition nothing was broken. It just had a small debt in the back and a couple scratches on the sides. I would say that is an amazing deal for $450 and did I mention that that the battery health came at 90%.

iPhone 15 pro came in  with about half  the battery but we let it go all the way down and then my son charged it fully. It has been working fine since. Phone was in great condition and everything seems to be working fine. He's been using it for about 3 days now.

Great

The product says "Like new" but is full of scratches all over the screen and scuffs and scratches along the titanium body. It should be mentioned as Condition: good and not like new.

I read through the "what to expect" explanations for all of the condition options. I opted to pay a higher price for a phone in the "Like New" category ie: no visible scratches esp on screen and camera glass. 
The phone was clearly in a case with a screen protector it's entire life... but there was a major blemish on/in one of the camera lenses. 
Will be returning unfortunately.

Huge scratch right in the middle of the screen. This is not “like new” condition. My 5 year old 11 pro phone has a clearer screen than this supposedly like new 15 pro. Returning and avoiding this seller!

Bought the titanium color but this phone has so many scratches on the side that it looks 10 years old.
