What is the return policy for Third Party Sellers?
Each Third Party Seller on Walmart.ca has its own return policy, which may differ from Walmart’s corporate return policy. I bought a product from a Third Party Seller. Can I return the product at a Walmart store?
No, Walmart stores cannot accept Third Party products as returns at this time. Please return the product back to the Seller. First, view the Seller’s return policy to determine that they accept returns and then contact the Seller for their return instructions and for a return label.
How do I initiate a return for products sold by Third Party Sellers?
We hope you never have to return a product. But, if you do, please check the Seller’s return policy to determine that they accept returns.
If the product in question is covered by the Seller’s return policy, please follow the steps below to return it:
- Click the “Contact Seller” option on your Order Details page in “My Account”.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Select the reason as “Returns”.
- Please briefly explain the reason why you would like to return the product.
- Click the “Submit” button.
